OSHO needs to keep in mind: they didn't just stick Him on a cross, real quick-like. They beat Him, they made Him carry a large cross for miles, beating Him all the way there, with Him falling over and over again. He probably had huge gashes through which He lost a lot of blood, not to mention the nail holes which were not common for people crucified. I imagine He bled out pretty quickly, with the whole process quickened by the crucifixion.
i was going to comment the same. along with the spear. these people like to deny what happened. Christianity is real. The evidence of it's reality and the results exist in society.

it was plainly said they brought Jesus down right b4 sunset because of sabbath. They weren't sure if he was dead or not so they went back to get him and hang him again, but he was gone, Saturday at sunset=(Sunday)

If I recall correctly, not only was he tortured, beaten, and forced to drag a large wooden cross through the streets (enough to cause heart failure when added to the crucifixion), but he was also pierced through the side with a spear. Now, unlike Osho, I wasn't there. But I'm guessing that the resulting blood loss would be enough to kill someone. Now, whether the accounts in the Bible are accurate is another story.
It would be easier if God just filmed it seeing that it was such an important event in religious history and to prove any doubters. But instead people rely on hearsay from people who have been dead for thousands of years. It says it all.
I guess Lazarus wasn't really dead four days in a tomb either, when his whole family all agreed he was dead. Jesus only had to speak the words and Lazarus came back to life.

Oh Osho, how can you opine on the life and death of Jesus Christ after 2000 years . The case was investigated and closed by Caesar 2000 years ago. We have dozens of witnesses of Jesus' death on the cross and His ressurection in history . You think that who believed in Jesus Christ are fools?
@@abrahammanalel241 it's not about being fool, but fooled. There are three copies that exists that tells about the same things that he didn't die, but he was taken to India after his crucification. Churches on purpose didn't disclose it since they have already made so many changes in his preachings and gave it their own flavour. If they revealed that he didn't die on cross there is a reason because there is other information in there too.
Osho didn’t consider everything that happened to Jesus prior to Him being nailed on the cross. Jesus lost so much blood and took an extreme beating beforehand.

Apparently this 'wise shaman' never read the part where the Roman soldier took his spear and drove into Jesus side to make sure Jesus was dead. Pontius Pilate ordered that the legs of those hanging on the crosses be broken. This command was given in order to speed their deaths. After breaking the legs of the two thieves, the soldier decided to not break Jesus’ legs. Instead he took a spear and pierced Jesus’ side. He did not use a sword, since Jesus would have been hanging above the soldier up on the cross. It was obvious that Jesus was already dead, so the soldier pierced Jesus’ side with the spear in order to verify that Jesus was truly dead. When the soldier pierced Him, water and blood came out. The mixture of water and blood occurred for one of several reasons: a) the crassamentum (the heavy, red corpuscles) and the serum of the blood had already begun to separate, b) Jesus’ lungs or stomach had filled with water and blood and the spear pierced the corresponding organ, or c) the water came from the pericardium as the result of a coronary rupture. These Romans were professional executioners.

As a skeptic of all things I have to say OSHO is talking out his ass on this one. He speaks with such firmness and certainty about things that happened thousands of years ago as if he was there. And as many have stated he leaves out key elements of the story as he lays it out, making it obvious he is not really familiar with the text.
What Osho says here has nothing to do with knowing it has to do with belief he cannot know it because he was not there nobody can know it because noone was there or you believe it or you don`t, if you believe in something you will never find the truth if you disbelief something you will never find the truth the mind is an instrument of exploration don`t draw conclusions use it only to explore life.
Yah, it's not my fault if I don't follow a religion without any good first hand evidence of it being true. If God exsists and he wants me to believe in him he should let me know and enlighten me. Actually it was a shift in him after he was tortured in US jail as well as he didn't observed silence for three-four years. He speaks faster in Hindi, but after those years he spoke slowly even in Hindi.

They wanted them to die faster, broke their legs- but His legs were never broken so as to fulfill prophecy, so instead He was pierced and found to already be dead. I have seen several of these Muslim videos attempting to say He didn’t die but not actually addressing the gospel accounts, aka strawman arguments and not very convincing.

Josephus and Tacitus are ancient roman historians who documented for the roman empire and specifically spoke of Jesus of Nazareth, who was a holy man who worked great miracles and was crucified and died by the order of the roman procurator Pontius Pilate. Jesus was in India during his missing years in his younger life. He was called Issah Messi. He challenged the caste system and the Brahmins felt very threatened with his ideology of equality. Jesus escaped death threats from the Hindu Brahmins.
Don't religious people see that arguing using the contents of what a book says, is not proof just because they believe in it. Belief is not truth. "Ah but Jesus says, etc etc, in passage 5 page 400" so it must be true.
And, the Bible was written by men, not Jesus, God or the holy ghost. Its been changed so many times as well. The Book of Enoch was removed long ago because it told the truth.
Check out Edward T Martin's lectures on Jesus' life in Kashmir and India after he survived the crucifixion. He was healed by some yogis from India and lived to a ripe old age. Lots of ancient manuscript talk about Issa in India.

Yes. He was flogged then fell in exhaustion while trying to carry the heavy crucifix cross-bar. He must have lost a lot of blood even before the crucifixion.
I feel like Jesus would have left his body and not felt much of the pain. I had an out of body episode during a traumatic incident one time. I didn't remember being out of body for quite awhile after due to the trauma. But, it was later when I remembered it and realized that I was viewing it happening as a spectator not someone experiencing it. Jesus would have been able to leave his body anytime he wanted, I'm sure. He was so much more conscious than anyone today. I have also read that there are several different ways time was measured back then.
yo, idk how you think it works, but im almost positive that you can't just poof your spirit out of your body, no matter how "conscious" you are. side note: Jesus was both fully God and fully human, so miracles were a yes, but i can't imagine that God was chill with him just leaving his body. Not to mention, the idea that he never really died and just kinda performed another miracle involving expelling his spirit from his body and then calling it back, kinda messes up the Christian belief system, especially considering the part where almost all of Paul's letters mention that he DIED for our SINS so we wouldn't have to BURN in HELL for our mistakes

OSHO needs to keep in mind: they didn't just stick Him on a cross, real quick-like. They beat Him, they made Him carry a large cross for miles, beating Him all the way there, with Him falling over and over again. He probably had huge gashes through which He lost a lot of blood, not to mention the nail holes which were not common for people crucified. I imagine He bled out pretty quickly, with the whole process quickened by the crucifixion.

If I recall correctly, not only was he tortured, beaten, and forced to drag a large wooden cross through the streets (enough to cause heart failure when added to the crucifixion), but he was also pierced through the side with a spear. Now, unlike Osho, I wasn't there. But I'm guessing that the resulting blood loss would be enough to kill someone. Now, whether the accounts in the Bible are accurate is another story.

Apparently this 'wise shaman' never read the part where the Roman soldier took his spear and drove into Jesus side to make sure Jesus was dead. Pontius Pilate ordered that the legs of those hanging on the crosses be broken. This command was given in order to speed their deaths. After breaking the legs of the two thieves, the soldier decided to not break Jesus’ legs. Instead he took a spear and pierced Jesus’ side. He did not use a sword, since Jesus would have been hanging above the soldier up on the cross. I feel like Jesus would have left his body and not felt much of the pain. I had an out of body episode during a
traumatic incident one time. I didn't remember being out of body for quite awhile after due to the trauma. But, it was later when I remembered it and realized that I was viewing it happening as a spectator not someone experiencing it. Jesus would have been able to leave his body anytime he wanted, I'm sure. He was so much more conscious than anyone today. I have also read that there are several different ways time was measured back then.
The Spirit leaving the body is death, if the Spirit doesn’t return in time to reanimate the body it dies too.
yo, idk how you think it works, but im almost positive that you can't just poof your spirit out of your body, no matter how "conscious" you are. side note: Jesus was both fully God and fully human, so miracles were a yes, but i can't imagine that God was chill with him just leaving his body. Not to mention, the idea that he never really died and just kinda performed another miracle involving expelling his spirit from his body and then calling it back, kinda messes up the Christian belief system, especially considering the part where almost all of Paul's letters mention that he DIED for our SINS so we wouldn't have to BURN in HELL for our mistakes
