Sanatan dharma is not a religion it means eternal principles. osho himself is one of the examples of it. and play is wrong interpretation of the sanskrit word leela. leela means when the infinite divides itself in dualities then those limitations of dualities interact with each other randomly and create/form this universe from microcosm to macrocosm. so play elements and sub-elements in that sense and context it is play/leela of existence. is it not a play/leela? so whatever can happen in those physical limitations of dualities it will happen. will it not?
Rest I agress with Osho. but those points where he is wrong we have to correct it.
unity is strength. we are created to be relational being, without relationship, as husband and wife, we as a species will not even survive/propagate. I agree with the part about religion. Relationship with God is what matters, not man made religion.

What qualities can we claim to be a god? We come into the world without our choice and we depart without our choice, in between we get to make some choices, but still cannot control most of the circumstances. My uncle just passed away yesterday of heart attack, at the age of 68. No amount of money, medical care or connections helped.
The Highest Power must, at the minimum, be ever present, all powerful and all knowing.. It's easy to claim whatever we want, but substantiate it with substance, otherwise it's just delusion to claim to be a god.

I think what he is saying is there is no god figure. We are all responsible for our own actions and thoughts. We live many lives, to learn about duality and injustice. Some lives we are caring and beautiful. Some lives we are murderers and ugly. The point is to learn and grow spiritually. Everyone has the “God” spark in their heart.

Bhagwan is the title given to realized being(the Gita is called as Bagavadgita is for the same reason) . Bhagwan can't be directly translated to western concept of God.

if God wishes to create something and then destroy it completely or, abuse it to satisfy its own amusement so to speak, then God is allowed to do so or not do so and non of its created beings are allowed to disagree or doubt or question God let alone dare to Judge God according to human moral accepted standards or any sort of moral conventions and ethical system.
everything which is in the world and the world as a whole believed to be God's will directly manifestated in multiple forms as God alone wishs to. God transcends all morality and ethics and it is not to be avaluated in the light of any human or non human moral standards.
It is said in Judaism: there is no one to tells him (i.e. God) what to act and no one tells what to do.
God is beyond the concepts of "good" or "bad" as it is beyond "right" and "wrong". God's simple unity is non-duality in essence.

Bhagwan and God is defferrent concept. Those who knows the spiritual knowledge know the meaning of bhagwan (bhagwan means self realized being) that why bhagwad gita is called as bhagwad - knowledge of self realization given to arjuna.
