Pl clarify whether dosage varies with season conditions, that is summer and winter. Personally my observation is, whether dependant ,due to change in metabolism.

Blood picture, TSH- 23, FT4 slightly below lower end of normal. TPO greater than 1000, thyroglobulin 31. I am not a diabetic and have no cardiovascular issues. Normotensive. My endocrinologist wants to start me on 100mcg / day of thyroxin. I weigh only 52 kgs. My TC is 225, LDL is 135, TGL is 142 , VDL is 25 and HDL is 60. I would like to start with a lower dose like 50 or 75 mcg/ day. Your advice please
Sir, a total thyroidectomy patient needs an addtion of t3 to their t4 dose to feel good, though normal blood reports may look fine on sole t4 treatment. Sir, you need to do more research on thyroid hormones.Sir, how can you finish a lecture on treatment of thyroid hormone within a span of just half an hour it's silly. You didn't speak any word on supplements to support the hormone. Neither you spoke about the cicardian method of how thyroid hormones function. What about other thyroid hormones that is t1,t2,t5.You didn't speak a word for people whose thyroid glands have been ablated or removed. Sir, please do more research about the alternative treatments for thyroid too that is being practiced in USA and European Union too . What about dessicated thyroid that is made from porcrine glands to treat people. You didn't spoke a word about Neutraciuticals that support the function of thyroid hormone. Being a Teacher you should have knowledge about the full subject..not just a part of it.

Sir if T4 and TSH is normal but T3 is 0.60 slightiest low than is there need to stop medicine or any changes??
I feel best at tsh 4..if I go to tsh 3 or 2 I get fast heart rate headache and vomiting
