    I’m getting thirsty after watching this video. Appreciate the quality of the video and the beer of course.

    Wife and I just took a drive up to Charlton yesterday afternoon. Looking forward to trying a bunch of new to us brews while watching the games today!

    I got halfway through your light beer taste testing video before I realized this was Tree House Brewing lol. I live like 2 minutes away from your South Deerfield location. I can certainly say a lot of people in the area are loving the place, and although the noise from the live music is a bit irritating, my friends absolutely love the beer, myself included.

    Good short overview. I'd recommend others watch the longer brewery tour videos for the full Tree House brewing process and experience!

      agreed - we are trying to make content for everyone that is easy to understand while also diving into details. the brewhouse tour, packaging, and cellar tour are especially good for context

    I can only imagine the feeling at the end of production when you and your team "know" the liquid gold is exactly as you expect it to be!

    Awesome content as usual. With winter right around the corner, would you be able to do a video highlighting the stouts & dark lagers that you have? I'm open to getting some but would like to hear what are some of your favorite ones. Thanks.

    Are you guys using a wet mill? What's it like to clean?

  • @FrankGenoBruno

    From a homebrewers perspective it appears that a consistent stir or mix during the mash step is helping yield high efficiency, is that true?

    • @treehousebrewco
      @treehousebrewco  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would say for us it helps yield to a quicker and more uniform conversion but we often times find ourselves sacrificing efficiency in the name of quality for various reasons.

    What are brewing salts? I hadn't heard of them prior to your videos.

      Water chemistry. Calcium chloride, epsom, gypsum, etc.

    Wow, blurring out set points for the wet mill that *maybe* a hundred breweries might have in the US?!

    With all that automation, it seems you give up the imperfections of homebrewing....not sure if it would be more or less satisfying.
    Glad the beer is so freakin' good though 🔥

    • @treehousebrewco
      @treehousebrewco  ปีที่แล้ว

      I've done both extensively, I promise you it is more satisfying to focus on the variables that matter. also, it's important that we note in the video that every part of the process is adjustable if necessary, and I would argue it makes it significantly more precise than home brewing will ever be given the volume of data we have every step of the way. I apologize if that point was lost on the video!

    Can you make a video like this thats say.. 2 hours long? 😂

      there is a more in-depth brewhouse tour on the channel that goes into some fine detail about the brewhouse that you may find interesting
