Hey guys since we filmed this tour the owner has let the property out for 12 months so it’s no longer on Airbnb so we can’t add the link. Hope you enjoy the video!
Yup. I recommend you to watch Enes Yilmazer’s mansion tours. I imagine myself living in every single one of them but not this apartment. :/ too dark. Needs a lot of lightning. And that walk-in closet has NO light. How am i supposed to choode my cloths when i cant see them lol
I thought was only me that got bother with the damp 😂😂😂😂 and on the hallway . And the hanging wall paper ...but the interior designer is beautiful . Very art deco !
2.75 mil? Haha, I would buy a house in South Africa, Kenya, Barbados: Rent them out and still have change for a house in Manchester to rent to students.
You are very correct some are even abnormally over priced, the worst part of it is that in that Covent Garden area you cannot find a parking space of your car.
That’s actually at the lower buy in price for this area too 😬 but with damp already set in in kitchen and the footballers wives decor I’d go with the developers want out of it quickly
The location is great and it does have many rooms. I think lighter and brighter colors would've helped the decor. But I get they were going for a velvety smooth look.
Yes 4:25 and it's also worth pointing out the water leak above your head!! Strange how you didn't mention this was included in the £2.75 million price tag!
It’s absolutely brilliant but the door in the kitchen gave me anxiety 👀 because I didn’t see the glass panel preventing me falling into the garden below! 💀 Happy birthday, Matt🌹
Quite a few comments about the bedroom without windows, but I really love the cosy darkness at night, and the privacy it offers. I like the jungle wall in the atrium and the gorgeous staircase down to it from the kitchen/hallway.
That damp in the ceiling is going to cost hundreds of £k to fix. May need to completely up the floors give and ceilings and start from scratch to fix and dry out. Must have done a botched plumbing job somewhere. Sad, as otherwise it looked quite stylish in a masculine way. Felt too much like a vampire dungeon though for my taste. So little light.
I've been watching your videos for the last month and a half now! And i wanted to tell you both how amazing your videos are, I remember looking for a TH-cam channel about British real estate but there just weren't any around I tried again earlier this year and to my delight I found you! I like how unlike other more popular TH-camrs you don't just show £10m+ LA mega mansions, the houses you show are in the UK. Also, you tour properties of all prices and locations, I've seen some people down here tell you to stick with London or make the videos shorter, personally I like seeing a variety of property's and locations and I like to see the details i.e storage areas, so that would be my advice going forward. I want to say what an inspection you are I'm 13 and you have really inspired me. Also will you be bringing back your own property renovateions/projects? I am realllllllly looking forward to seeing your upcoming properties, I wish all the best for you guys and your channel 🙂
Awesome property 👌🏻 That weird sound background fells though - like we’re watching some random Illuminate’ videos 😆 Great job Matt & Summer - believed me you 2 were addictive to watch…got stuck watching all your previous & current videos 🤩 Keep it all up…Cheers 🥂
I’d much rather have a large six bed manor with acres of my own land for the same price than this cramped over priced pad in the middle of a crime infested hellhole.
Honestly this is too inflated price just for a flat. Please apply little logic and see what they are selling? 1. Sum up all the interiors, it will not be more than 200K if its of top quality with 25 years warranty! 2. WOW view, yeah that's a nice view but to have it but for that price? is this sensible? 3. Surely it looks a luxury flat but that price is too much for anyone with little sense ... Selling a flat at that price when some council flat nearby are not worth more than fraction of this price .... this is nothing but insanity at its peak ... I think Government should not allow people who don't live in this country to buy a residential property which is creating insane inflation ... if they want to invest surely they can buy commercial properties with the millions not at the expense of local Britons misery!
Interesting to watch these guys help with the details. They are actually very eloquent and well spoken, not like some tv presenters in England. My mind wanders off thinking about living there…[rewinds]
People are ridiculous in their comments. Well if you don't like the property you can withdraw your offer of $2.75M. Oh, thats right - you aren't making an offer and probably don't have 2.7M. Lets all say 'thank you' to Matt and Summer for showing us this (and many other) homes and keep the snarky comments about design/issues with the home to one self
It will be interesting to see how COVID-19 impacts the house's price. There isn't much of an incentive to live in the centre of London now that everyone is home working.
Man that’s a very dark 2.7m in Covent garden. There’r a few more many around the price range. The penthouse around carringcross station is about 2.7. South facing and another is just next to leichester square for 2.7. You could bargain it down to 2.1, 2.2. This one is not too great in my opinion. Search around if you wanna buy in convent garden - there are a lot
Really nice property, wasn't expecting something like this from exterior ie) never judge the book by its cover. Really like the jungle wall & how it looks from the inside of property. Matt-would have been even better if approx Square footage on each room -other than that...perfect! P.s. being on the top floor and brand new..the developer really needs to sort out the water ingress..
Just wanted to tell you guys that I absolutely love your videos and that you both look so good with each other good bless you and take care of yourselves ❤
It's mad how this is what almost 3mil will get you in London yet if you come a little further up north you get so much more. They out door space is so small and the bedrooms seems small and boxy and dark. The stairs and hallway where the natural light came in where nice.
@@WeAreWatchingU why? There are plenty of big city's further north with just as much opportunity and less dullness of concrete skyscrapers. You could live just outside of Manchester or even outside of London for much cheaper, more space, and quieter areas.
Rosie Bly Thompson You clearly don't understand that whoever buys this will more than likely also have a place in the country. People buy these flats to live in while they are working in London, and head out to the Cotswolds when they aren't. I know people who own flats in London just in case they want to come and do a bit of shopping or go to the theatre- they like to have a place they can use whenever they like without booking, somewhere they can leave a few clothes, perhaps loan to family and friends and are happy to spend a few million even if they only use it for a couple of days a month.
@@spencerwilton5831 people don't own a home just for a shopping trip, there are plenty of top hotels with room service to stay at when you want a shopping trip, people with second homes is the city are mainly for business but I'm not sure why it matters who owns these houses and how many other properties they own. My point is I don't understand why costs are so expensive in central London. Its a shit hole, its grey and dull and even business wise Manchester is coming up fast in terms of finance opportunities. Plus a large amount of high paying jobs can now be done remotely.
The prices in London are similar to the prices where I live in So. California. Location, location, location, if you want to live in a major population area you have to pay the price.
Omg everyone saying this is expensive... me from Hong Kong: "wow what a steal!" considering it's the same price for like 1/3 of the space here. But yeah I don't like that there are no windows in any of the rooms and the damp in the ceiling ... yeah.
Nor enough natural daylight flowing through apartment...and the only daylight is in the passage way..too dark would feel like the walls are closing in...Not for me...

honestly this is better for a single person and changes the extra bedrooms as closets or office and the kitchen could've been more spacious for people to come over 😂
Nice gaff but it has a major problem. You can never draw the net curtains to maintain privacy in the day and at night you have to draw the full curtains once the lights on.

All the cooking not a fresh apartment, for 2.7m is it freehold. I did not see the entrance
I think the place is beautiful, however it is quite small for the price, and the decoration has been used to overcompensate for the size
Casually ignoring the water damage on the ceiling at the 4 minute mark! lol
Spotted that too. And I just bet that the repair cost isn't included in the service charge ...... KACHIIIIIIIING!
