      Thanks for your comments. The dock does actually get cleared very regularly. It naturally collects the drift wood and detritus that builds up on the river. Best wishes, Simon

    The open-plan living room and the kitchen is really nice. Love the exposed brick walls, the windows, and the beams. The bathrooms and bedroom are great too. I love the industrial feel of the apartment. It's the number 1 reason I would love a warehouse apartment. What lets it down is the terrible view from the living room. You did a good job filming it.

    That's a really beautiful space! Love how it is set up. Classy indeed. I've been to a few in Soho NYC and this one will give them a run for the money. That view above the dock must be soo nice in the summer. Very cool. Someone will grab this fine hideaway. 🏅

    It's noteworthy to point out that the champagne wall is not in direct sunlight. Here in LaLa Land, I've seen countless luxury homes with glassed-in wine storage 'cabinets' that sit in the sun, all day, every day.

    • @simonatuniquepropertycompany
      @simonatuniquepropertycompany  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for your comments. I think the owners would prefer a car park to abouthe block with people facing directly at you and the ports of London Authority do make a regulat visit to clear the debris and rift wood. Its a never ending task sadly.

    Fantastic space! Here in The States, countless people are shamelessly pawning "any old" apartment as a "loft." This includes prestigious architectural outfits - I won't mention any names, but there's one particular TH-cam channel that starts with an "A" and ends with a "D." It may or may not have two letters. Sorry for the snobbery, but I work in the architectural field and I also pay a premium to live in a loft.

      Actually pretty good. The buidling was built in the mid 1700's and about as solid as you can find pretty much anywhere in London. Dont forget this was a working warehouse for most of it life and has re-inforced floors to cope with the loads it used to house. So, very solid

    I've designed, built, lived in, and reno'd loft spaces. Sorry, but that bathroom looks like something out of a Turkish prison. I'd gut that entirely and start afresh, but other than that, and that's it's not front-on to the river, this is kind of my idea of a loft on the Thames.
