Gorgeous apt. One thing missing is an elevator for anyone who might have difficulty with stairs.
Very classy. Perfect use of funds, space, and materials. I love that there isn't an Hermès article or Chanel book in sight.

Great presentation as usual. I love how this channel keeps changing. I don't know what to expect anymore when I see a new episode but I always get positively surprised. Large variety of properties are presented in different styles by various presenters but what is not changing is the quality. As for this episode, you look very dapper for sure :) This is a very nice property in a prime location in central London but of course, you pay for it! The price is extortionate but this is Mayfair after all.

As someone else In the comments said, this was a very polished, professional “Enes” vibe video. Well Done! Oh and the property was great too. Loved your pointing out the difference in the flooring. It’s the chevron for me. However, someone said no parking with this one? Umm…that would be a consideration with the price. Hope to see you doing this type of video again. Great tour!!!

Beautifully done but the lack of windows in the kitchen and bathrooms and there's only one living area which is the formal room. There should be a room for like comfy TV not for guests...for 12 MILLION you can't really cut corners like that.

May I suggest you stick with the black socks like you’re wearing in this video? Looks much more professional than the white socks. White socks are for athletics but look a bit out of place in the beautiful homes you tour.

Beautiful apartment only issue is for £12m I would go for a mansion in Surry and not a leasehold property be it 99years lease. I think vloggers/ realtors should let people know of service charges added to the price apartments, because £12m is not the true sale price.
This apartment comes with a 999 year lease and a share of the freehold company

I'd have bought it in an instant, but I'll pass because you can clearly see around 5:40 that one of the light fixtures of the chandelier is not working. I may consider buying it as is if they cut the price by 12.495.500 GBP.

The apartment is really nice and the video is great too, however I subscribed for the channel originally for the down to earth, funny and informal way of presenting the properties (like how Tom and Jaz are still doing). I understand that this is Mayfair but I would be really sad to see the channel going to this suited and booted, fake smiles and whisky direction. Anyway keep up the good work - the presentation was great!

IMO 12.5 million pounds would fetch much grander properties in much more peaceful and pristine parts of the world
