I commented about this already on a previous home gym video!!! Was hoping the flooring and equipment would help with it but with the amount of videos he’s going to making in here he really needs to invest in some sound proofing pads on the walls!
Man...you can tell this dudes LIFE is lifting. Every single type of lifting too. I seen videos of body builders who could name maybe 6 machines because it was all the focused on..Power lifters who only focused on 3 main lifts and couldn't name the door they came in. Shaw is out here able to break down weight lifting top to bottom. I just appreciate when someone masters something and is proud to show out.

Great gym tour showing us all the equipment and nice gym.im in my sixty's and when I was power lifting it was all free weight and 1 universal machine.so many changes over the years I'd like to see you do a video of you using each one of the machines showing us how to use it that would be great

Love the gym, but you should look into getting some sweet sound-absorbers somewhere around for the Echo. Either on the ceiling or on the walls. You can find very nice ones, both functionally and estetically.
I'd highly suggest looking into noise dampening materials for the gym to help the echo in that giant gym. Love it though! Can't wait to see some great training content out of this place

Watch about 4 hours of deadlifting now I finally came across the video where Eddie Hall blead out his nose at 500 kg!!!! For the world record! I get it now..

It’s been my dream to own my own gym... if this is all I can get for half a million then I guess I need a new dream. Looks like a 100,000 dollar gym to me..
thats cuz this man got money and for his size he needs to buy the biggest things out there. regular people will be able to do it for much much cheaper. also he had alot of machines that are unneccesary for regular people that are not doing competition. i havent used 50% of the machines my gym offers cuz i simply dont need them. all i need is a barbell/kettlebelt rack, pullup/dip/squat station and a threadmill/row machine. all other machines can easily be replicated with dumbells/kettlebelts or weightvests. but im more of a calesthanics guy.. so unless you are a powerlifter or competitor its quite a waste to spend money on all of these machines.
Best timing ever to complete a $500K home gym; literally a month before all gyms were placed in lockdown mode... Brian, you must have been so thankful to have gotten this gym built right before all this stuff happened this year.

The one thing missing is a surround speaker system. That plus a sound baffle on just 2 sides of the room would make so much better

This homegym setup has way more equipments and machines than most of the gym here in Nepal.
Acoustic tiles on one wall will go a long ways . Or small areas on each wall. Love the space.
