Thai Red Curry chicken with vegetables and Thai BBQ chicken with very limited ingredients! Check it out! #wecook @FoodNetwork Post you questions below.
Dude is so real, while being informative. I would watch his show if he had one on food network. I can't believe he doesn't have one. It's a shame. Much appreciation. Keep up the good work. 👍
How the hell am I just now discovering Chef Jet Tila??? I freaking love this guy! I’ve been watching a whole bunch of these videos from him and am learning a ton. I’m so glad you’re on here Chef!
We love you Chef Jet! REAL and Funny, Humble and so Informative, Jet is a Born Teacher! "..they're a *bunch of liers*, they don't want you to learn how to cook Good Thai Food!"
I truly appreciate your videos, particularly your approach to everything regarding ingredients during times like this. I've always wanted to make curry and you broke it down in a way that makes me feel confident when I make this recipe.
I realize this is an older post, but thank you for the tip on using the fat from the coconut milk The traditional recipes can be a little greasy. I can't wait to try this.
I can't see the recipe here, like your other videos. I love watching your videos, and everything I have made so far is a real hit. I have to drive 5 hours to get to an Asian store, so I'm compiling a shopping list!
I've heard that some people add peanut butter when making Thai curry, and while I'm pretty sure it's not traditional, I find it actually produces a pretty yummy result (flavorful and thick sauce). What are your thoughts on this?
Was rooting for ya in tournament of champions. Maybe next time. But that’s a good idea to marinade the chicken with the extra paste never thought of that.
Do you have to par-cook the veg in the microwave? I have a giant bowl of them and was just going to toss in the curry. (broccoli, carrot, celery, onion, mushrooms, green beans).
What happened to the "Show More recipes"? The first few episodes I watched had really comprehensive recipes - so I know what to buy at my local Asian markets. Now, just winging it!
I would love to know where i can buy that pan that you have, or a good brand of pots and pans i can buy, also where do you guys go live because i absolutely love your cooking and have tried to make a lot of your recipes like your orange chicken and lo mein🤍
Do you have video where you cook with lemon grass? I saw you prep it but not use it in a dish, can you? Or a yellow curry? What’s the difference vs green and red?
