Honestly this is one of The Best Videos I have found on Thai cooking. I am so thankful to you for making this. When you understand the structure and the building blocks, the process and food makes so much more sense. Please make more videos like this. Side note: if you could make a video on garlic chicken (garlic pepper chicken. It has different names) [I know it has cabbage, carrot, broccoli, cilantro and crispy garlic on it. I just don’t know the sauce and ratios] thanks! Kevin

Thank you for this lesson! I’ve been looking for this kind of straight forward info on Thai cooking for years. It’s been super intimidating to me and you’ve made it so attainable. Can’t wait to give it a try.
I finally made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome. My whole family loved it. Thank you so much!

    Hai chef Jet Tila ,
I love the way you explain how to cook Thai food ( my favorite kitchen ) .
I can see you’re a real chef but also a great teacher who keeps the attention of his students!
    Wow what a gift !
Today I saw how you made satay en two soups .
This was for me the moment that I became one of your followers !
I only have one question about the Tom Kha Kai : I miss some kind of mushroom and what I sometimes see is pieces of tomato!
Are this ingredients that are not original or is it what ever toy like to add extra and is yours just the basic !
Anyway thanks for your great vids ,
    A guy from holland 😊 👍
