USB & Bluetooth car radio adapter testing ready for install

Is this cheap USB/Bluetooth adapter any good?
Since buying our new to us caravan, we have been on a couple of outings.
The JVC radio is ok,but not very modern and up to date.
It has a CD player and FM radio and that is is.
No USB and definately no Bluetooth.
This cheap add on promises to cure all our music problems while in the caravan
Lets see how good it really is.
