I had the precise same problem, the float needle and it's bowl was fucking everything up. Have you tried tapping the carb house while starting it?
I ended up buying a whole new set for the carburetors and ripping my wallet at the same time 😂 Thanks for great content!
Yesa little but now I will try some more...i will replace needle from carb one to carb 4 and see will problem move with it... thank you for suggesting....
