Carburettor valve needles were first suspect for my problems one first cylinder... let us rule that out....

When you rebuild the whole bike, then the first start is always challenging, to say the least. usually there is a group of problems so this time it is not different. Carb sync tool doesn't show any vacum. Carburettors are stuck (rebuild is going over two years), and lust is getting longer....

Let's do an electrolysis process on the Kawasaki GT550 motorcycle tank. This process is the best way to clean inside of the tank from the rust as a preparation for coating of the tank.

Our project motorcycle Kawasaki GT550 had a tank with a bad coat (liner) in it. Something that looked like Amber from Jurassic Park was in the tank.. We tried a couple of methods but nothing work until we tried electrolysis.

In this episode, I bought a couple of old wrenches so I can make the new hangers in my garage. All motorcycle equipment that I have needs to have a place in the garage so I made something that have good use and looks cool.

One more addendum to the workshop. I bought the new cabinet that fits under my workbench so I can put away all the tools, bits and pieces. I think this is one of the last upgrades in the garage as I think I utilised the space as much as possible.
