🍎Stir-fried the stem of butterbur (based on 500g)
▶Materials
500g butterbur stalk, 1 onion, 1/2 green onion
▶Boil butterbur stalks
Pour enough water to cover the butterbur stalks and when it boils, add 1T coarse salt and cook for about 7 minutes.
After blanching, rinse in cold water several times, peel, and soak for about half a day.
▶stir-fried the stem of butterbur
1T minced garlic,
Tuna liquid (house soy sauce, fish sauce) 1T,
1/2t salt,
Half a cup of water (100ml),
Plenty of 2T perilla seed powder,
1T sesame oil (perilla oil),
Sesame seeds
▶Measuring tools used
T: Tablespoon(15ml)
t : teaspoon (5ml)
1 cup (C) = 200ml
