I love how Lusamine and Guzma get their own Title Defense battles now. They were pretty much the only notable Trainers who didn't get that honor in Sun and Moon. It's so nice to have a friendly battle with them, especially Lusamine.
I honestly don't know which Lusamine I liked more: The one in SM, where she basically descended into madness, or USUM, where she tried taking matters in her own hands, even though it was with good intentions.
if you speak to lusamine after defeating the champion but before starting the rainbow rocket episode, she laments that her actions proved she has no right to call herself a good parent or a caretaker of pokemon, and she has an identity crisis. i think if you rematch her a second time in title defense her dialogue is different and she thanks you for being lillie's friend

I think that it would be cool if he had a theme like Hau where it was a remixed version with the title defence theme making it more grand and epic, as if to say, he's not mean or bad anymore, but still a standout battle.

I love how Sun and Moon confirmed that so many of Alola's top tier trainers were all champion candidates. Just the idea that all of these guys made it through the elite four and could've become champion if not for you is just so cool

I feel like Lillie would be more of an Ice-type trainer than a fairy-type trainer. Maybe and Alolan Sandslash, a Frosslass (I dunno about the spelling), a Milotic or Lapras, and an Abomasnow would go well with Snowy and the Clefable. The Z-crystal would probably go to Snowy.

Every time I have a Pokémon that is a ace of a important trainer (like champion) I name it after that trainer like for example in my Pokémon Y I caught a female gabite and named it Cynthia or a male ralts named Wally or other stuff

wowlagnalos she replaced Mismagius, and Nihilego was completely irrelevant to the story. It wouldnt make sense to have it
I know, but make me sad the fact that her doesn't have a Mismagius on her team, Lopunny is great but with mega evolution.
Gamefreak could give to her in the second battle the key stone and Mismagius, but they didn't, the same with Nihilego in the battle with the mother beast :(

I feel like Lillie would be more of an Ice-type trainer than a fairy-type trainer. Maybe and Alolan Sandslash, a Frosslass (I dunno about the spelling), a Milotic or Lapras, and an Abomasnow would go well with Snowy and the Clefable. The Z-crystal would probably go to Snowy.

I use Krookidile on my team and he is that ability called moxie which raises his attack power with each pokemon he destroys mskes him completely unstoppable
This was a neat concept, but I wish there was a way we could register our own championship defense teams & have them battle against other trainers while doing the title defense.

So we have Malasada Lover with whatever starter he picked, Tech Nerd with his Vikavolt, Ya Boi Guzma with his Golisopod, a random-ass youngster with a Tauros and Magmortar (why would they give a five year old youngster a Magmortar), Big Sis with her Salazzle (Kinda makes sense since Plumeria uses a Salazzle in the anime during the league's preliminary round), Dragon Master with his Druddigon, Professor My Body Is Ready with whichever starter you and your rival didn't pick (lol), Egotistical Madwoman with her Bewear and Clefable, Edgy McEdgelord with his Silvally, and Hapu with her ground types (why do Hala, Nanu and Olivia not battle you in title defense. Lol)
Imagine if The trainers in the pokemon league (after defeating Giovanni) WILL have mega's!!!!!
