Yes.... it really ISN'T fair when someone gets sick... especially the ones you love and when there isn't anything you can do about it. 😢
I think it's completely normal to be anxious before something significant (especially when it is in front of people) and that it is actually abnormal to not be. The key is learning to not let that stop you but instead convert that anxious energy into a power to energize you.
