Railway Employee weekly Rest rules|अगर किसी रेल कर्मचारी को रेस्ट न मिले तो क्या होता है ?

1. According to Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 2-3, all the supervisor must give minimum 4 Rest in a month.
In case of Fail to give Rest , this is a Punishable Offence, Under Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 158.
2. In case of suspension of Rest, employees should to give CR, under Indian Railway Act, 1989 Para 133 (3).
3. If Rest has been Suspended and CR was not given to the Employees , is a Punishable Offence under Indian Railway Act 1989, Para 181 and 158

I want to know the actual rule about rest. Let us assume that my rest is on Sunday therefore if I want to leave my HQ from Saturday night then is there any problem officially. When should I leave my HQ and when I comeback after my rest as per rule. Sir kindly tell me about this with your valuable attention.

Sir eak LRSM APNE HQ se duty karne dusre station jata hai jo ki HQ se 25 km door hai aur waha wo night duty karata hai 22.00 se 6.00 ab use apne HQ kitne ghante baad bheja jayaga

Sir agar mai line duty gaya hu kisi kam se on duty pass 1 week ke liye aur is bich 2 Sunday aa jaye to kya mujhe CR ke liye appeal karni chahiye. Aur agar yes to ye railway ke kis rule ke against kr skte hai.
