I posted my story, in case you miss it, about the first three and especially the black raspberries. Went from glasses since 12 years old to no glasses in my 70's. Could not figure out why, maybe this is the answer, usually older means less vision.
For the fools asking about the glasses it's a stupid question. Nobody is saying you're going to go from blind to perfect. It's about promotion, prevention and improving not curing! You think people who can create cures will themselves not get the diseases they cure? Cancer specialist never getting cancer? Cardiologist never having heart problems? You guys need to look for videos to promoting your logic.
Thank you so much Jane for being so kind and providing a good explanation
Yes sad that folks have so much to learn...not understanding the basics of eye function and eye health. The lenses in a person's eyes became less flexible with age and one may need glasses to help with focus. That isn't what the very nice and educated Dr Li was helpfully explaining to us. Dr Li was speaking about health of the macular for maintaining the ability of the light to convert to electrical signals and produce the vision in our brain. A healthy macular isn't to do with light focus through your eye lenses. Eat your tomatoes blueberries blackberries strawberries and kiwi fruit...❤
Sorry , I have a problem maybe I need spectacles that is why I commented.
@@makhosazanemaseko9758 no problem
@@makhosazanemaseko9758 Please, check your eyes, exclude any serious eye problems, wear reading glasses, and eat those fruits, doctor advised just to prevent the numbers go up rapidly. That's the meaning of the doctors' recommendations .

What food helps floaters?
@@deloreswashington4771 While no SPECIFIC food can eliminate eye floaters, there are some foods that can help. Include leafy greens like spinach and kale, carrots for beta-carotene, and citrus fruits for vitamin C. Fatty fish such as salmon provides omega-3 fatty acids, and eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin. Nuts and seeds offer vitamin E, and berries are high in antioxidants. These foods can contribute to overall eye health but make sure to check with your doc! Thanks for watching

Very rare blueberries and blackberries in the Philippines if there is very expensive not all can afford it.
I understand that blueberries can be expensive and hard to find in the Philippines. Luckily, there are other local, affordable fruits that offer similar health benefits. Try incorporating fruits like papaya, mango, guava, and bananas into your diet. These fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients that support overall health and can be great alternatives to blueberries.
Thanks for watching the video!
Yes 😕Tama 😏
Mulberries maybe are affordable. Although rare at markets, we can try to grow.. cos the tres can trive on hot weather
@@roxanaarrietadelf3154 Gotcha!
There are frozen berries and indeed they are expensive! I miss all the berries in UK which normalized all my blood tests after a month arriving/living in uk. Before leaving nearly all my blood tests are high, but it took only a month, with all the berries and cherries diet, my blood tests were normal. The problem living in UK in particular is the cold weather in winter. I could not cope well during winter so now been living in the Philippines since october 2019.

Those have positive health benefits too! Thanks Alina for watching ❤️
You peel away the furry skin before eating it. Taste delicious especially the golden colour. They can be expensive.
@@barblee9615 Yes!
Is is okay to eat the skin of the Kiwi fruit? Thank you for sharing this wonderful information.
Yes, it's perfectly fine to peel kiwi fruit and still enjoy its health benefits. The flesh of the kiwi is rich in vitamins C and K, fiber, and antioxidants. Thanks for watching!
So DR Gundrys warning about all the poisonous lectins in tomatoes can be ignored? Thank you
If I remember correctly - someone mentioned there are many different types of lectins and not all lectins are bad. Hopes this helps.
Hi! Dr. Gundry's warning about lectins in tomatoes and other foods highlights a concern for some individuals who may be sensitive to them. However, for most people, tomatoes and other lectin-containing foods are safe and nutritious when prepared properly. Cooking or fermenting these foods can reduce lectin content.

These fruits are so sweet and it will be increase sugar level
Everything in moderation
What?? to you and our host. The really big issue with "sugar" is that the vast majority of sugar eaten in the US is NOT REAL SUGAR. Hint: beets are NOT sweet until you add the CHEMICALS. Real sugar, as in sugar cane, doesn't need chemicals. You squeeze sugar cane, collect the juice and let the liquid dry out and you get sugar. Even I can make sugar, too bad it doesn't grow in Minnesota, unlike the poison made from "BEETS"??? Where I'm from part of the sugar would end up in Vatican along with the coffee (until the US INVADED).
Buy frozen mixed berries and make smoothie just with water (not with milk and protein powder)
@@isaharebava4249 Fruit tasts better with no water added, what water them down, instead of just eating.

What about fructose? All this will increase sugar level -- not good for type 2 diabetics.
You're right; fructose can raise blood sugar levels, which is a concern for type 2 diabetics. Pairing fruits with protein or healthy fats can help stabilize blood sugar. Thanks for watching the video!
Hat about grapefruit?
I have a video coming soon about it :)
But doctor. You’re wearing glasses, are you doing your own advice?👍🏻🤗
Fruits can help but just like with everything else, it's not a miracle solution. That's why he is wearing glasses likely. Thanks for watching the video.
Ok I'll😅@@medicalmarvelsmedia3

AND YOU STILL USE EYE GLASSES? HOW COME?
Diet can only do so much
Only tomatoes are available year round n affordable..😢😅
How about papaya n mangoes???arent they good for the eyes too?
Yes, papayas and mangoes are also great for eye health! Both fruits are rich in vitamins A and C, which are essential for maintaining good vision and overall eye health. They contain antioxidants like beta-carotene, which helps protect the eyes from damage. Thanks for watching!
Why then, are you wearing glasses?
Fruits can help but just like with everything else, it's not a miracle solution. Thanks for watching the video.

Non prescription glasses, just for cosmetic.
