I posted my story, in case you miss it, about the first three and especially the black raspberries. Went from glasses since 12 years old to no glasses in my 70's. Could not figure out why, maybe this is the answer, usually older means less vision.

  • @janederengi9334

For the fools asking about the glasses it's a stupid question. Nobody is saying you're going to go from blind to perfect. It's about promotion, prevention and improving not curing! You think people who can create cures will themselves not get the diseases they cure? Cancer specialist never getting cancer? Cardiologist never having heart problems? You guys need to look for videos to promoting your logic.

Yes sad that folks have so much to learn...not understanding the basics of eye function and eye health. The lenses in a person's eyes became less flexible with age and one may need glasses to help with focus. That isn't what the very nice and educated Dr Li was helpfully explaining to us. Dr Li was speaking about health of the macular for maintaining the ability of the light to convert to electrical signals and produce the vision in our brain. A healthy macular isn't to do with light focus through your eye lenses. Eat your tomatoes blueberries blackberries strawberries and kiwi fruit...❤

@@deloreswashington4771 While no SPECIFIC food can eliminate eye floaters, there are some foods that can help. Include leafy greens like spinach and kale, carrots for beta-carotene, and citrus fruits for vitamin C. Fatty fish such as salmon provides omega-3 fatty acids, and eggs contain lutein and zeaxanthin. Nuts and seeds offer vitamin E, and berries are high in antioxidants. These foods can contribute to overall eye health but make sure to check with your doc! Thanks for watching

I understand that blueberries can be expensive and hard to find in the Philippines. Luckily, there are other local, affordable fruits that offer similar health benefits. Try incorporating fruits like papaya, mango, guava, and bananas into your diet. These fruits are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and other nutrients that support overall health and can be great alternatives to blueberries.

Before leaving nearly all my blood tests are high, but it took only a month, with all the berries and cherries diet, my blood tests were normal. The problem living in UK in particular is the cold weather in winter. I could not cope well during winter so now been living in the Philippines since october 2019.

What?? to you and our host. The really big issue with "sugar" is that the vast majority of sugar eaten in the US is NOT REAL SUGAR. Hint: beets are NOT sweet until you add the CHEMICALS. Real sugar, as in sugar cane, doesn't need chemicals. You squeeze sugar cane, collect the juice and let the liquid dry out and you get sugar. Even I can make sugar, too bad it doesn't grow in Minnesota, unlike the poison made from "BEETS"??? Where I'm from part of the sugar would end up in Vatican along with the coffee (until the US INVADED).
