Yes it's a lovely cottage, Howeve; it's only the 4th largest bedroom has space for a small wardrobe, the other 2 bedrooms only have room for a small chest of drawers. Perhaps the 3rd bedroom could be fitted out as a large walk in wardrobe.
Agree. Nowhere to hang any clothing and no real laundry. 3rd bedroom could be converted to large walk in robe and storage room. Other than that I really like her presentation and it’s a lovely home.

But think it is lovely for one person or a couple really. We are seniors too and can understand. There is not so much work to do especially outside, so easier to maintain the property, As long as it is plenteous with good water and septic is good, and roof is in good condition, fire place as well, think it would be a lovely little home. (Our son is into a construction company of his own, but lives over here in the U.S. but more in the city areas , further from us though, but I learned a little from him LOL) and am sure one room could fit clothes, and another can be utility ,and the third a bedroom, especially in the back with bathroom that is to share, but can be pribate then. If you just purchase a wardrobe closet, or two, you can make it. Maybe need a pull out couch /bed for visitors. Room to park and all could be so sweet to have a quiet place to live with nature all around you! Certainly should be easy to heat! Utilities would be down. Great points for the right people for sure! Especially in days when things are so high, I would love to purchase it ,with my husband, but we are senior citizens now living in the U.S. in our own home ,but yet it is too large, in a way now and i have too many cothes andyes, tie to get rid of some and am working on it now.. and expensive to heat in larger homes often! Guess we need easier living for us to get along with calls of love and visits when possible from family as they are busy and have lives that are full ,but we were there for them and grandchildren , They needed cities more around them. Doing better with jobs etc this way. We like country, quiet living now, (but not too far from towns) My grandmother was Irish and my husband has some Scottish roots .Guess they would be proud of us , if we had been able to move to this magical place! Maybe this home would work best for people in this case , or if they lived in Ireland, of course!!

Strangest things about watching these videos: There are no closets in the bedrooms! Where do you hang your clothes? The bedrooms are tiny. There’s no way to fit a queen sized bed in any of them - well maybe the last one. Costs: house price, average utilities, property taxes, etc. ???? But the properties are cute. Gardens/patios are super important, apparently. I guess we Americans are just used to bigger houses & huge lawns. But being a senior, I could get used to a little house like this. I’d turn the bedroom with the desk into my clothes closet and the one by the front door into a study/library/tv room.

It’s fab, but I haven’t noticed a single wardrobe or something that would lend itself to a wardrobe. Don’t they have any clothes at all? There are tons of beds though? lovely garden, lovely frontage lovely cottage, but what would worry me on is if you had three bedrooms with beds in, you wouldn’t have any room for any wardrobes or hardly any cupboard space at all.

Lovely surroundings but very small bedrooms, not enough room for wardrobes and other furniture. Also may I point out that the en - suite bathroom is not a Jack and Jill . To be so, it would have to have two sinks, allowing a husband and wife to use the bathroom at the same time.

i did not see any storge for clothes or shoes and just stuff that everyone has. Big pius nice size kitchen.
I would have to turn a bedroom into a big efficient walk-in closet.
But think it is lovely for one person or a couple really. We are seniors too and can understand. There is not so much work to do especially outside, so easier to maintain the property, As long as it is plenteous with good water and septic is good, and roof is in good condition, fire place as well, think it would be a lovely little home. (Our son is into a construction company of his own, but lives over here in the U.S. but more in the city areas , further from us though, but I learned a little from him LOL) and am sure one room could fit clothes, and another can be utility ,and the third a bedroom, especially in the back with bathroom that is to share, but can be pribate then. If you just purchase a wardrobe closet, or two, you can make it. Maybe need a pull out couch /bed for visitors.
Room to park and all could be so sweet to have a quiet place to live with nature all around you! Certainly should be easy to heat! Utilities would be down. Great points for the right people for sure! Especially in days when things are so high, I would love to purchase it ,with my husband, but we are senior citizens now living in the U.S. in our own home ,but yet it is too large, in a way now and i have too many cothes andyes, tie to get rid of some and am working on it now.. and expensive to heat in larger homes often!
Guess we need easier living for us to get along with calls of love and visits when possible from family as they are busy and have lives that are full ,but we were there for them and grandchildren , They needed cities more around them. Doing better with jobs etc this way. We like country, quiet living now, (but not too far from towns)
My grandmother was Irish and my husband has some Scottish roots .Guess they would be proud of us , if we had been able to move to this magical place! Maybe this home would work best for people in this case , or if they lived in Ireland, of course!!

Strangest things about watching these videos:
There are no closets in the bedrooms! Where do you hang your clothes?
The bedrooms are tiny. There’s no way to fit a queen sized bed in any of them - well maybe the last one.
Costs: house price, average utilities, property taxes, etc. ????
But the properties are cute. Gardens/patios are super important, apparently.
I guess we Americans are just used to bigger houses & huge lawns. But being a senior, I could get used to a little house like this. I’d turn the bedroom with the desk into my clothes closet and the one by the front door into a study/library/tv room.

It’s fab, but I haven’t noticed a single wardrobe or something that would lend itself to a wardrobe. Don’t they have any clothes at all? There are tons of beds though? lovely garden, lovely frontage lovely cottage, but what would worry me on is if you had three bedrooms with beds in, you wouldn’t have any room for any wardrobes or hardly any cupboard space at all.
But why not let us know the price? Meaningless if no price listed.

Lovely surroundings but very small bedrooms, not enough room for wardrobes and other furniture. Also may I point out that the en - suite bathroom is not a Jack and Jill . To be so, it would have to have two sinks, allowing a husband and wife to use the bathroom at the same time.

Holy cow timy little rooms. The strangest laundry room I have ever seen. The entire kitchen would have to be redone, the bathrooms ripped out and a toilet from this century and it's God awful pink. Who paints a house pink. U would almost have to gut the place. 20,000

Too small. I don’t like all the hallways. No flow. Bathrooms always off the kitchen. No room to spread out. I like an open plan. Too claustrophobic.

Maybe it's because I'm too much "American" but why would you want to walk through the main door of your home and right into your "dining room" table? And I don't understand why there's never a closet or space for a "wardrobe"? Didn't Irish people need a place to put their undergarments back in the day?

In many properties there are free standing closet spaces that the owners may want to take with them or even feel free to move as they see fit.
But that is not all properties of course!
