It’s not only characterless, but extremely dated. The bathroom and kitchen belongs in the 1980’s. The only positive is the beautiful countryside.

Absolutely love this home! Would love to just ,move right on this, if it were possible . This would be so perfect. Someone sure wil be so lucky to have this right opportunity, right ''location,'' (can say so much on this ) and just the right home , for just the right family! So exciting for anyone to have this home. Bright, airy and all rooms are in perfect directions of home and plenty of room in it. Love idea of garage, as well.

The house is a stunner. But, to me, the showstopper is the garden space and surrounding environs. So gorgeous and beautiful! P.S. looks like the cat lives in that home. I wouldn’t be able to look at that face through the glass door, and not let her in!❤

Another beauty! I especially love the quiet and the 360-degree view! With views like that, who even needs a "garden"? Where I live, a house like this would cost three times as much, there wouldn't be as great a view, you'd have the constant sound of traffic day and night, the occassional popping distant semi-automatic gunfire and the hum of police helicopters - but at least my arthritis is barely noticeable (and there certainly is something to be said for that!).

Just unbelievably GORGEGOUS! I have such excellent taste in most things I just wish I had the money to prove it LOL...

I LOVE the dark blue tub and matching sink! And the mahogony built-ins are so rich, elegant, and gorgeous! But the views! Heck, though, I'd be willing to live in a cardboard box if I had the front views that this house has. Side note: Everytime I see a Sacred Heart such as the one on the wall at 1:29, I am reminded of a larger version (same picture, but no white boxes on it) that my grandmother brought to America from Roscommon in 1906, when she was just 16. It was on my grandmother's wall on that blustery cold February Chicago night in 1930 when she was informed her husband (Pat, from Westmeath) was killed at work in the railroad yard, leaving her with five children at the beginning of the Great Depression. Throughout my childhood, it hung in my parents' bedroom in suburban Chicago and, no doubt, overheard more than one drunken harangue. Later, it was always in my mother's bedroom in Arizona until she passed on - and since 2000, it is in mine (also here in Arizona). It has travelled thousands of miles, and hung on so many walls over 119 years. It has silently witnessed almost every manner of fear, desperation, and pleading possible. Oh, the stories it could tell! You don't throw a thing like that out in the trash.

This is truly a very lovely property! Exactly the perfect one and especially for a whole family of various ages, and it is just perfect to keep it in mind as we all will be aging and need some of the extras for safety reasons,, and the fact one could live on first floor! Even if anyone has had surgery. they would know how important it can be to stay on one floor, when you are not able to make any stairs at all any longer, for any reason at all! The price is great for what you are getting and the building outside is a wonderful place for many reasons. We all have our own tools to use, and could even do over furniture here? Or make new? Candle holders , and so much more. nice size backyard. Thank you for showing this really great property! This would be quite easy to move right in to, am sure!

WOW this house is awesome!!! Of course there will be the taking down of all the wallpaper LOL I've never been a fan of it. It has some amazing features. The workshop outside is fantastic!!! Good place to have a workspace and to park a small car in there as well.

LOL! I don't think I've heard the word "snazzy" more than two or three times as an adult. I heard it all the time when I was a kid growing up in Chicago in the 1960s and early 70s, though! And snazzy it is!

For some reason TH-cam is not letting me click the like button. I can see that back garden with some sweet patio furniture , an umbrella, and pots overflowing with greenery. Lovely!

So lovely. Very nice home and they have really done a wonderful job decorating, Plenty of room, and a place to store outside items needed and seem to be very pleasant area.

Viewing it from Hong Kong. Very nice house, but at 350,000 euros, that's like, ￡300,000. I think it's a little expensive.

The home is actually deceiving from outside, it’s quite lovely really. Especially love the kitchen with all the pantry closets. In America we call those modular sofas, “sectionals.”

This is a perfect property! Love the size of rooms and the lay out is ideal. The driveway and garage area works out quiet well it seems.. and the lovely lawns and evergreens gives fresh and a feeling of peacefulness all around. Privacy and the protected area and quiet setting, means alot to me. Love the sweet kitchen, and although the furnishings may have to be different ( and yet love their cupboards, (not sure if permenant?) as they look old fashioned even though are newer! ) but am not sure there is both washer and dryer? I think just washing machine is set up? The backyard is the most private of all and lots of rooms for flowers and many areas for seating. Absolutely love al the closet space!! That means so much. The Living room will seat many for family visits even though not a huge room. Very cozy. Love wood stove. Cute seating at other side of Living room as well, and the wrap around couch did work out fine for seating if that much were needed, and it really looked comfortable. Found it quite nice, and felt my husband and I could move right in and be in heaven! Not too large but just right to have nature around us and flowers and yet some quiet when home with peace around. We love homes like this.

Awww … Joanne. Lovely home. A major plus is those many gorgeous cabinet built-ins. I even love the colour that they’re painted. Two charming little things I noticed too: a schnauzer lives there (still I hope), and a clothesline in the back garden. What’s not to love??❤️

FANTASTIC home!!! After watching a lot of the videos you share, finally in this house they finally did the wardrobe right! It's all the up to the ceiling which is how it always needs to be done! Closets are always a bonus no matter if it's an apartment or a house!! OH that GARDEN is outstanding!!! P.s. your hair looks extra lovely in this video

Kitchen and back yard would be where you would find me from sun up to sun down. Just lovely.

It is a nice townhouse if you don't need a garage or dining room. The master bedroom does not accommodate a king-size bed and the closet is too small. The unnecessary doors need to be removed.

Price to be announced??? Seems odd in the real estate industry.
