Hi Princy.. I managed to cook the whole 9 yards of lamprais menue in one stretch... Took me almost four and half hours. But I enjoyed that cooking experience..had to run to the shop in between to get the missed ingredients. 😂 Only one thing I missed from your instructions... Frying the Boiled egg!! Lamprais came so well!! Wife and kids enjoyed the dishes thoroughly. Thanks again for inspiring me to do this. I still have to learn how to fold / pack the banana leave.😅 Thanks again..
