When Anxiety Takes Hold and Slows You Down

Back from Salt Lake City, Utah after a fun work conference. Sharing a quick recap of how the trip went but also sharing something that I cannot believe I shared on video!
Anxiety for me makes me want to heave because my body wants an exit. I can't even drink, but because I knew this trip was going to be alcohol heavy, I needed to come up with a Plan B since I stopped taking my daily for the drinking I wanted to do.
Plan B became "Plan X No No" but YOLO! I do not condone what I did, but I decided to come clean.
