do 1 pull up every 10 minutes for the hour. 1 is better than most
Static hang is OK, but the best way to build your pull up strength is to do band-assisted pull-ups. Bands are cheap and you can get them at Wal-mart or Target usually. Also, really focus on a slow, controlled descent and full dead hang at the bottom to maximize gains. Good luck!

I think my longest struggle was between one and 2. That was almost 2 weeks I think. And some days I even went backwards after hitting an all time high for 2 to 3 days only to surprise myself with 2 more hit! You got this!

What kind of workouts bicep workouts do you do? Your arms look really good
@@Johnson.6 shucks! I'm flattered. Actually, just the bench and pullups! What you see is what I do!
I think tou should incorporate chin ups as well. They are a great exercise for your back but also for your biceps. Do them by facing your palms toward yourself instead of away. Also, your form looks great!

Maybe even try doing really slow controlled going down. So like 7-8 of those and see how it feels. (So like start with your chin at the bar and slowly start to lower your body until your hanging) arms look super good tho man holy💪💪

Looking at your form your shoulders stay up high by your ears. This isnt optimal for your back muscles. A good way to work on this is to do 'scapular pulls' you can find good tutorials on youtube for them.
If you work on your scapular pull and get your shoulders down I think you will have 2 reps next week easy! Good stuff!
