    Feel like if you took the doors off it would take out at least 100lbs. Mad crazy how you guys make it look so easy

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea it would take more then 100lbs off but on these built in refrigerators it would take so long to take them off and put them back on we do that all the time with stand alone refrigerators

  • @josenegron4141
    @josenegron4141 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Bro, I've been delivering these for about 20 years. If you put shoulder straps through the handtruck bars, then over your shoulders, that delivery will be 100X EASIER to complete. Trust me!

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well I delivered them for 10 years and I’ve moved on to a better career but I never liked those shoulder straps I was a hand truck guy all day

    What’s the easiest way to get a 48” Sub Zero off of the pallet? We just picked up ours and it’s in the kitchen, but we are wondering how to remove the pallet it’s sitting on.

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      First off get some masonite and get it under or right behind the pallet remove the four half-inch bolts that connect the refrigerator to the pallet Get three people one on each side and one behind and slowly one side at a time inch it off the pallet until it’s on the Masonite

    Great video. Very smooth . How are the subzero pro 36?

  • @datazndood
    @datazndood 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Can you transport a subzero on it's side like a regular fridge? Might be a stupid question but I'm bidding on a liquidation lot that has one and don't want to damage it in transport. They say just leave it standing for 24 hours without plugging in, have done it with success before but not sure on sub zeros. Great video, thanks.

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes you can give it overnight if it’s been on its side for a long time

      I do this! But I work for a company. You need a mover

  • @joshplum1924
    @joshplum1924 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Would you ever move it into the house still in the box? Or is it better to unbox it and move just the fridge?

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s definitely smaller out of the box. I guess it depends on if it’s getting installed right away. If it’s getting installed in the next few days or it’s a swap with an old 1 then out of the box. If it’s gunna sit for a long time I’d leave it in the box, it’s more stable and protected, especially if it’s going in a garage or another room until it gets installed. It can be opened inside a house, just a little harder.

    • @Assureddominance
      @Assureddominance  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Their cardboard corners out of the packing for front load washers started using them a few years ago when customers keep complaining about the hand truck chipping their Bluestone stairs

    just be glad that it wasn't me , because the company I currently work for has a policy ........
    1. nothing above six steps (up or down) (our regional manager said "NO STEPS" ) most dwellings have six steps , so its at my discretion.
    2. no dishwasher / microwave OR any gas units installed ( gas dryer OR gas stove )
    3. if your fridge plumbing is "sketchy" we will NOT install the waterline ( at my discretion )
    4. if your washer machine plumbing is "sketchy" we will not install ( at my discretion )
    5. if your dryer vent "exit" is "stupid" we will not install ( at my discretion )
    6. the stove tip-over bracket must be installed ............or you can install your own stove...........ITS THE LAW !!!
    all of the above because of INSURANCE LIABILITY
    if the store doesn't UPSELL their HOSES AND PLUG-INS ..........I DO NOT CARRY EXTRA ON MY TRUCK BECAUSE a sales person was ignorant OR lazy.....if you don't purchase new attachments (cords / hoses etc. ) it'll VOID YOUR WARRANTY ..............I DO NOT GET PAID EXTRA TO HOLD THE STORES HAND IN ANYTHING AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!
    If I get to your location and your steps are SLIMY WITH BLACK MOLD AND WATER LOGGED DECK / OR YOUR PATIO IS SLIMY BECAUSE YOU'RE TO CHEAP / LAZY TO PRESSURE WASH OR REPLACE YOUR DRY-ROTTED STEPS AND DECK ..............................I WILL DROP YOUR APPLIANCE ON THE GROUND AND YOU AND YOUR NEW UNIT CAN HAVE A NICE DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OR I CAN RETURN IT BACK TO THE STORE PER-CUSTOMER REQUEST !!!!!!! ...........IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO ME !!!!!!!!!!!
    I AM A 3RD PARTY CONTRACTOR AND GET PAID A SALARY ............I CANNOT "CLOCK-SUCK"
    I WILL HONOR YOUR PAID TIME SLOT ....and try and work around your delivery .... HOWEVER, IF ALL OF MY OTHER DELIVERIES ARE DONE AND I HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME (1 1/2 - 3 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ALLOTTED TIME SLOT ..............I WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR DELIVERY , I CANNOT "CLOCK-SUCK"
    move kids toys , furniture , equipment , and "JUNK" out of our way ..............nothing pisses me off more than tripping over your SHIT !!!!!!!!!!!!
    I AM A 3RD PARTY CONTRACTOR AND HAVE TO BUY MY OWN TOOLS , PAY MY OWN TAXES OUT OF POCKET
    FOR THE LOVE OF GOD..........................TIP US !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
