- After only 100 (ish) miles i wanted to start as to why how what my first thing about the new @Indian_Motorcycle Pursuit and now I'm asking a few things of you all!!

They are my home dealership but as you find on my channel I have worked with many different dealers around the USA.. First let me say. That's one Bad Ass Ride Fish Congratulations! You deserve it Bro! That thing is Amazing! So obviously I would do the exhaust. I Love the looks of it with the lowers & the back rest you have. And the windshield. I would Definitely go with the speakers in the lowers. That's one upgrade I'm doing when I get mine finally. I'm pretty sure I'm going with TAB exhaust. I'll Definitely be looking to you for some advice & hopefully one day we can get together & ride. Thanks for all the Kick Ass videos & all you do! I love the advice Ride Defense & Agressive that's the only way to do it!

@@Ridingfishmy bike probably won't ship until October. They pushed it back to the end of September I just had to have Black Smoke LoL. I found one on the floor & a guy bought it the day before I called the dealership. I wish I would have got the Icon but I didn't even know it existed until I saw you're bike. I follow Adam as well He's a Hell of a Rider! I already have a Freedom Shield on the way for it. I told Corey you turned me on to them. What exhaust you thinking about for that Beast ?
One of my top things to do is Ceramic coat, protect that paint job. Love the bike.
Ride with the trunk. So convenient not to mention additional lighting, storage and extra 200 watts of sound!

I went and looked at this bike today and it’s strait up 🔥. The paint in person and that pearl paint is fantastic.

Thank you .. I agreel... the best thing about the Indian Challenger or Pursuit is that EVERYONE has to up their game and we as motorcyclists are the true winners!
I really wish that paintjob showed up better on camera.
So - I looked at the TLC bars, if you're talking about the ones with the pointy tips - I must be the only person alive who looks at crash bars & handle bars with that shap and thinks - "I really don't need any extra sharp pointy things around me when I'm on a bike. Maybe I'm just old."
I always think in stages:
1. Ergonomics
Are the bars right? Too low?, too far forward?, too wide? I'd love to see someone do a version of the Kliphangers with like adjustable riser/bar height that dealers could put on a floor display that would let people really figure out where they want their bars at. Experimentation is expensive.
Seat - a really personal choice item
Windshield - is the height right (and probably since it's electric on you bike)
Floor boards/pegs/peddals?
2. Protection
Luggage crash bars - highway bars that kind of thing - which you have covered.
3. Storage
yeah you probably have that covered too.
3. Exhaust note.
Very personal choice.
4. Accessability
Bottle/cup holder. Place for the phone, sun glasses, that kind of stuff.
5. Bling
I'm not going to get meat hooks.. I hear you.. now you got me taking notes!! Haha so exhaust is a must going forward!! Haha no more steath mode

Congratulations on the new bike. I live in KY and we are having long wait times for delivery. Can you tell us how long it took to get your bike from the time you ordered it? It is the main reason I haven't made the purchase yet.
So I ordered mine a LONG time ago.. but I will say that me waiting 5-6 months doesn't mean you will!! I believe they have fixed a lot of the supply issues they were having.. I mean I'm sure there is a wait I just don't know how long now!!
Upgrade the fairing speakers and in hard lowers. Game changer. Saddle bag speakers pass

Upgrades I’m putting on my Pursuit: Tab Performance with 2.5” baffles, with cat delete; Adaptive headlight; Stage 2 (although I not sure if the cams are worth it). I’ll probably get a smaller windshield, but going to try out stock at least until 500 mile maintenance. The stock speakers are so much better than the speakers on 2020 Roadmaster I don’t think I’ll upgrade them - probably do cubbies in the lowers. Won’t take delivery for a few more days so I don’t have any personal experience, but understand what you said about the paint. The Ruby metallic is amazing too - photos do not do it justice.
Dude you are doing your Pursuit RIGHT! I have not had much issues with the speakers but maybe a tad louder would be good!!

Klock Werks Clip on handlebars
(in black) and their sound damping material they put in the fairing.
Cat delete (TAB has one)
Slip on exhaust, you got plenty of choices from loud to quiet ! Me, I run RC Components & am very pleased with them.
Got to get the Lloyd's tune, that is a must & you will feel a difference.
Speakers in the bags, no...
In the lowers, maybe, but if you upgrade to where you have 100+ watts per channel, you might not need either. I believe they said your top box has speakers, if it does leave them stock, for now.
I'm sure more will come to mind, but for now, I'll keep watching to see what decisions you make .....

And good choice on the no for the air cleaner and the Indian cams.
Both of those are negligible gains for what they cost. Better off with a good Lloyd's tune

Hey, this is Scott Nelson getting back to you on my impressions of riding the Challenger. It was absolutely amazing by a power of 10! To say it loses weight once in motion doesn't do it justice-It acts like it is 300lbs lighter. As I mentioned to you I come from the 500-600lbs world of bikes. The bike has no business being as quick as it is. The confidence it instilled in me within the first mile ot two surprised me as well, how well it handled through the corners. I could go on and on...
I am going to see Amanda on the Flood Run. I will talk with her and see if we can put something together that will work for all of us.

Exhaust, taller handle bars, speakers in the lower fairings, pizza cutter tour pack, windshield, tune, and better seat.

I really like the lower fairing cubbies. Great place to keep your gloves, especially when I switch back and forth between full and fingerless. I added the Indian highway pegs. Didn’t think I liked them at first, but I’m on day two of a long trip and really glad I have them. The rider backrest was a must for me. Enjoy your ride.
Hello Fish. What size and tint Freedom windscreen you have? Stock shield is in my line of sight all the way down and I’m 5’ 11” with poor posture. Thanks for any help.🤙🏾

If Indian had more dealers they probably would sell more. It seems like it would pay for Indian to open corporate owned dealerships. Or make it easy for people to start them. Congrats on Indian for winning king of the baggers championship.
I'm sure time will help.. but really I have no idea what it takes to open a dealership!

Sick colour. KST Bars, flip those mirrors so they are below the bars and replace those chrome levers with black ones.

Beautiful ride. The color is right up my alley. I'm riding an Ultra Classic BUT I am always open to other brands. I've ridden the Challenger and it was amazing.
Ultras are great bikes!! But keeping an open mind is for the betterment of ourselves!! Haha

With the lowers closed the right side will cook your ankle. I tend to keep the right side vent open at least a little to keep the breeze coming through.

I bought the 6.5 inch powerband for fairing and also 5 inch powerband in the lower legs. Really sounds good

Outside of waking up the exhaust a bit, it looks pretty good to me. From what others have told me, the engine had plenty of punch and seems to do best with minimal changes.

I would agree on the speakers, I also put saddlebag speakers in my Challenger Dark horse. If I had it to do over I would not spend that cash there. I would upgrade the front speakers, and the amp. but that's it.

KlipHangers, K&N, Exhaust, RVS or Lloyds tune and your good to go . I have the driving lights on my Challenger and the Custom Dynamics bag lights too. Speaker lids……. Eh, all the sound is behind you and only good when at a stop. I really like the PowerBand 6.5” speakers. Made a big difference.
I put 37000 on my Pearl White Vic Magnum before getting a slightly used Black 2021 Challenger base with a ton of add-ons last year for $19500, sweet deal !! 15k for miles so far and wow ……. I love this bike but miss having a white bike

I purchased the cubbies in the lowers. They are not as deep as the ones in the roadmaster. You can no longer use your feet to open and close the vents. At least I can't. Still I was used to having them so I put the same things that I used to on the roadmaster. So I am kinda torn. I don't use the speakers even though they work very good.
I’ve been thinking about the cubbies in the lowers, but if they block moving the vent with you foot, I’ll probably skip them. Thanks for the tip.
Yes!! I rode a bike recently with cubbies and I couldn't use the opener with my foot either... I still think I'm going to get something there.. just not sure about the speakers 😕 but im hearing they work real good!!

On my challenger I have the Bassani 2-1 which I absolutely love! It’s quiet when it needs to be but once you crack that throttle you’re going to be heard! Also found it great for long distance riding I’m not getting the ringing in my ears like I do with my chieftain with the TAB zombie baffles
I hung out with a guy that had the Bassani on his Challenger I agree it sounded good!
Nice looking bike. 16 Scout and 18 RoadMaster here … love my RoadMaster but … hmm .. considering a trade for the top-end Pursuit.

I was so mad that I hesitated on the pursuit. I went to order and non available. So I ordered challenger limited chrome and made a pursuit premium 😊. Picking up in 10 days….. as always great video

I have ridden 10000km with my stock handlebar. I then set up a KST handlebar and have now driven 17000km with it. I was afraid it was too high but now that I've decided to try it, I'm super happy with the KST. you sit much more upright and it and ride so nice, and it is still very cool too. greetings from an Indian challenger 2021 rider from the Netherlands.
Yes see that's my worries to be honest is I have 40,000 miles!! On stock bars but I have always felt "COOL" when using higher bars!! Im doing it!!

I say the Tab Performance Zombie baffles. I think new bars also, maybe KTS. I have the 2022 Pursuit Premium that I bought in Sturgis. Love this bike.

personally I use every inch of space in my saddle bags. so speakers were never an option. but i also don't really use the radio on my bike much. listen to music through my cardo

That is one beautiful bike, seen one at Indian of Sturgis in August and looks much better in person, I picked up a Challenger Elite, put some Tab 2.5 and brought my ECU to RVS to get flashed, I heard the stage one air intake does nothing and the gains from the cam's aren't worth the cost or having your new bike dismantled to change the cam's. The Challenger/ Pursuit is plenty fast stock..

@@Ridingfish Probably not,just have to order them, possibly get them painted, doing it right now with my Roadglide Special, Dirty Bird lowers with 8 inch speakers👍, wish they made them for the Challenger
How about a colour anodised bolt to replace on the centre console below the fuel cap? I think that's what I'll do 🇦🇺

Definitely lower fairing audio. I was planning on upgrading the fairing audio but after I put the lowers in I don't really think it needs it. However if you go with louder pipes you might need the upgraded PowerBand audio.

I am not much for pearl white, but I really like the whole look of your new ride! Micro paint/spider cracks on tank and saddle bag tops discussion coming soon, I would bet…. When Indian steps it up with their paint finish like HD, I might consider buying one of these. Hope someone at Polaris is listening because I was told by a reputable source this is a problem for most of Indian motorcycles coming off the assembly line. Please address this!
I have not seen many ppl talk about this.. I have heard ppl say their paint is soft?? Idk much about paint to be honest.. I can only go by looks and I love lots of the new schemes!!
Its a good sign lot's of Challenger riders are trading in for Pursuits, right...? Someday maybe, but for now I'm going to keep the ol' Vic XC going.
I'm not one for music while I'm riding, I like it once in awhile but I'd never waste my money and storage space on a big audio upgrade with amps and speakers everywhere. On the Vic I upgraded to Polk Audio speakers, good enough for me.
Challenger riders going to Pursuit and vic riders too going Challenger or Pursuit! I hear you 100%.. ps you are not going to wear that bike out so you would have to choose to get a Challenger/Pursuit!! I appreciate you!

Bars for me are a must. I love my KST bars. Unfortunately I totaled my Challenger. I'm keeping my eyes open for a Pursuit potentially but toy hauler is already tight with wife's Chieftain and my current Triumph Tiger 1200.

I'm Harley Davidson guy but if I was to say do some tribal flames or smoke flames on the bike sooner or later someone will say you're copying the cvo to an extent. But with them other style of flames wouldn't that be bad AZ

Hey bro, that new bike is very nice! I wanted to tell you that today I randomly figured out how to make indian bags close tightly without rattling. I remember you saying that you hated that as I do also. Apparently they have a two click close and after the first click, push a little more, you will hear another click and it will get very snug! I have a 21 chieftain so I guess the bags are the same as yours. It's sad I just figured this out...

What is the color scheme? How is the seat for comfort?
It's Pearl White it's one of their icons!! The seat is "OK"... I put my extended reach seat on it!! That one was pretty good but pushed me forward a little more then I want.. but minnow wants me to put the heated seat on so I probably will!!

Wow man. I'm trying SO hard to be good and NOT buy another bike so I can retire early.
This bike though! It's like Indian is purposely waiting until I was trying to behave to dangle this thing in front of me.
They are so close. If they ever take this technology and performance and integrate it into a cholo they have a sale.
Also, why are they working so hard and putting so much effort into not having a reverse? Are they friends with Honda and want to make sure the gold wings still sell?
The sound of that bike when you rev it and when you take off: I really don't think it needs for much in the performance department.
