NZ Deep South Part 11 - Invercargill to Curio Bay

A continuation of our bicycle journey, on this stage now heading east along the Catlins Coast. With gorgeous weather (apart from some headwinds and heat, and an overcast day on our rest day) we travel across wide open pastureland to Fortrose, then on through hill country, forests with a visit to a waterfall, to arrive late in the day at Curio Bay. This proved to be a hidden gem that we had really not known much about at all. We had a great time on a rest day walking about the area near our camp, on the beach and watching wildlife.

I rode that as a kid
