I clicked, expecting myself to be judgemental, like "whaat, 30 seconds, are people supposed to work like robots?" But ended up seeing only good tips here, some of them requiring real life practice to understand (and therefore very valuable). Even if you end up not beating the 30 second record - practicing in order to do things faster won't hurt, and might help. Even if you're working at a more "chill" pizza place, you might get a ton of orders (it's what every owner wants!) and that's when you'll come back to watch this valuable video!
Wow, high praise. Thanks so much!
I work for dominos in montana!! Love this video
Awesome! Thank you! We have more coming

The fact that im doing everything he said not to do💀
Lol, that’s why I made the video, but it’s actually pretty impressive that you are willing to watch and invest the time to get better. It is actually WAY easier for me to train someone to be a great pizza maker if they have never touched dough. Once people get set in their ways (pizza making or any other operational habit) there is some sort of impulse that the way they are doing it is “right”, simply because “that’s the way we’ve always done it”. People like you are rare and typically wind up being very successful
Thanks. I just got hired recently and I implemented a few things I saw in this video. I did realize that few people including our managers sauce well. It's so shocking how standards drop after an OA. I kind of enjoyed making "perfect food for our customers".
Also we need a another pizza stretching tutorial for when the dough isn't docked perfectly.. like kinda cold or a little too stretchy.
Listen,
Your observation skills are excellent and so is the way you evaluate your observations. You will do great things
Very good teaching
Thank you
Hey camera man too much unnecessary moves😊
Thanks for the compliment. She didn’t have a gimbal then. The new ones coming out will be better
@@TheFourChainsTravel I think the camera person was a lot of times on you, instead of where the action was happening (aka the pizza). You might end up creating a system of signals, so the camera persons knows when to point at you, and when the action has to be filmed. I would suggest to film you, when you turn your head to the camera, and to film the pizza when you are looking at it. But it's just an idea.
@@Apollo440some legit points. Thanks
I stopped the video to say thar you are so funny ,have a wonderful lofe
Thanks so much Anna, but that is not how TH-cam appears to work, you are supposed to make mean insulting comments
ROLL CALL:
Let’s hear what store everyone is from!
My original was 4345 in Northern VA

.
Bruh has no idea what "From Scratch" means. That cheese technique at 15:36 is ridiculous. maestro Iacopelli would throw you out the kitchen. This pizza will not be SOFT and CROUNCHY. TAP TAP TAP
I would be happy to visit maestro lacopelli
@@TheFourChainsTravel appreciate your video and I'm gonna try some of these techniques on my next pie. but the title should be 'assembling' a pizza in 30 seconds.

STORE NUMBER : 28526 - CLACTON ON SEA, UK ... Im the Assistant store manager for my store and i completely agree with what you say about the dealer method being slow for pepperoni and flat meats but our problem in the uk is that our flat meats are proper placements making dealer method eaiser for topping but still slow, any ideas how to make it quicker ?
Well a friend of mine (Pali Grewal) owns stores in the UK and he is even faster than me and he doesn’t deal cards. Matt we are currently trying to plan our next UK trip, but don’t have one on the books yet. I would love to visit your store sometime, but maybe check out our topping video in the meantime and don’t hesitate to reach out with questions
Heres a question. Why does UK dominos look nothing like US dominos? Why are UK dominos riddled with cornmeal even at the cooking process? I haven't been to a UK dominos that hasn't had a ton of cornmeal present on the dough when its been thrown into the oven, no other chain does this and it's not a good thing.
To anyone that truly enjoys good pizza, Dominos is bottom tier here in the UK and to me that's one of the big reasons why, among others.
