alot of assembly type work involves mistreating the stuff you add on cuz you know it'll be fine I worked in furniture manufacturing and upholstery for a big name store for a while and we tossed around and hammered and sometimes broke things apart when someone down the line assembled something wrong oh and we wasted alottttt of cloth, and that furniture is being sold for way more than it's worth same concept with these pizzas and toppings sorry for the long read.

Lol I love how in the beginning someone was throwing pepperoni. It's a lot of fun working there, they do stuff like that at my store too. Just to be playful. They do have guidelines for making pizzas. The middle shouldn't have anything on it, the dough shouldn't be hanging off the platter, you're supposed to use the measuring cups for the toppings, etc. but a lot of people wing it. The "make line" where we make pizzas will always look messy. It's hard to make a hundred pizzas and not accidentally throw something somewhere. But I promise everything is sanitary and you'll get what you ordered on your pizza. If you accidentally get something like an olive when you didn't order any olives, now you know why. Throwing the toppings on leads to other toppings sometimes getting into a different bucket. But we always try to take it out if we see it. But yeah! This is how Papa John's Pizza makes their pizza. Then it gets put on a moving rack that leads into a huge oven and on the other side of the oven is the person who takes out the pizzas, cuts them, and boxes them up. Then it gets delivered to you! 😄
As a vegan, that pepperoni bit made me cringe. I don't order pizzas from Papa Johns, but if I was a vegetarian, that would piss me the fuck off. You guys really need to be more mindful of your product and your customers.
Papa John's has started using Nigerian children's blood in there sauce ever since Papa left. They pretend it real ingredients real pizza but they leave out the blood shed and fatalitys they cause.
As someone who worked as a pizza hut cook for a while im amazed by how much more effort they put into making theyre pizza. We literally have pre-made pepperoni and cheese pizzas that they make in the morning and all the dough we receive is already pre stretched we just need to stretch it a little bit more to fit the pan
interesting to hear how this used to be i work at one rn, while our dough comes frozen it still has to be stretched/preppd and while we will preprep cheese/pepperoni 2 topping pizzas we have to do that by hand. granted our store is tiny, if it was bigger and we had deeper fridges i wonder if what you say is how wed be doing it

We had the same issue at taco bell but we're talking 1200$ hours on bar rush in a college town. This guy is just lazy.
They reuse the trough ingredients in their supreme pizzas. No worries
Can confirm, tray ingredients become supreme pizzas. Every 20 minutes or so they get recycled to supremes or thrown out, ideally.

i work at one rn, while our dough comes frozen it still has to be stretched/preppd and while we will preprep cheese/pepperoni 2 topping pizzas we have to do that by hand. granted our store is tiny, if it was bigger and we had deeper fridges i wonder if what you say is how wed be doing it
