We hike up to a secret and spooky bothy and spend the night there, we all had a fantastic time but the hike up and down was nothing but a bogfest but it couldn't dampen our spirits, thanks for watching Mark & Simon.

Looked like a challenging walk through the 'short cut' 😂 still, looked worth it for the bothy and the great looking food. Not sure about the spirit talking app although I do think there's stuff going on we don't understand. That bedroom looked very very creepy, I couldn't be sleeping in that! Good to see you back out fellas! 🙂

Yeah we do like a good walk into our camps as you can see 🤣 yeah it was a bit cramped in there but none of us wanted to sleep upstairs lol thanks for watching Taff
This made us laugh. We're trustees for the place, and seeing you fellas spooked is hilarious. Try staying a week all by yourself - you soon chill out. A few educational remarks: bedding is turned up to dissuade the mice and rats from getting too comfortable, the clutter is generally useful stuff, the timber has been carried in to be used for mending (not for burning!), that eerie bed is extremely comfortable, and most of all, the house is not a bothy. The barn is a bothy, and is always open, and there are sleeping platforms. The house can be available if people ask first - there's too much risk of it getting trashed if left open - too close to civilisation according to the MBA. Anyway, we're a conservation trust, we're not "doing it up", as it's one of the best preserved and untouched late C19 Welsh farmhouses still existing. If you get to stay in the house, remember it is also a home, so "Bothy Rules Plus." Anyway, it was a pleasure to see you all having a good time. Croeso, David and the rest of us.
