Depression no fun for sure

Pam I have just really started watching ur video's, I don't no if u ever do lives but ur r over sea's from me, I absolutely love the way u craft. I have been bed bound now for a few weeks with a herniated disc and bulging on my spine so not in a good way and in a lot of pain so some day's not so good, but all I have to do is set up my TH-cam on my big TV, I have been buying bundles from amazon of there journaling pages and ephemera and other bits and bobs, I have just dipped my toes into junk journaling and with the packet I put u on and use my little packet of journaling pages and my other bits I make along with u for my junk journal that I want to make one day, so I have been doing loads of these wee things that u r doing in this video, when I have my bad days I tune into u and I end with a happy day u britghen up my day with all the fun stuff u say I just think ur an amazing woman and have got e throw some dark days so thank u for that xxxxx

Oooooh I brought back that exact same lace sticker tape (21:53) when I visited my family in Germany end of last year! What are the odds! I got a kick out of that one hehe. I keep the leftover backing and use it as a reverse stencil. It makes paper edges look so pretty.

People don't realize how time-consuming making things can be. It takes awhile to collect, organize, and create these things! It takes Hours!
Making a really decent junk journal/journal requires all of these little details. These little envelopes are so cute and I can see them in my next journal.
It always takes me so long to complete a journal and I never feel I have enough stuff like this in them. My plan is always to sit and make stuff like this in advance so that when I create journals I have them hopefully I can work on some of these soon.

Pam-you are such a good teacher! I have learned so much from your channel and fb group. I appreciate your kind self talk and not being too precious about anything and what to do when it isn't perfect (move forward!). Also, in regards to the name washi: washi paper is a special traditional paper from Japan (with a very long artisan history) and I think that's where it first came from and some japanese washi tape is made from that paper. I never understood the appeal though until I learned about junk journals.

Was thinken' it could also be saved by adding an envelope size pocket to the back. Then fold over accordion flap onto that side. Press-doe-poof ... an extending envelope with pocket on the back has been born! "Now who would have expected that?"
