3 to 4-1/2 years old normal size kid. My son is 36lbs and 39"tall and he can get another 2-3" taller before we move up in size. Im going to link pants with a drawstring this way weight is not an issue.

Thanks for the tips. My 4.5 year old is tall. He's almost 44". Looking at the bat you wanted to get on the Amazon link. It is recommended for a 44" to get a bigger bat more than 26". More like a 28" bat. Can this be right?! That means it will be heavier.
