i know exactly why everyone loves harley: shes the girl we all want to be, the girl who is fearless and does whatever the fuck she wants and has the joker who she knows deep down, will always come for her, she shows that it possible to go from a lovely and responsible therapist, to a crazy wild person, and she is able to block everything out and focus on the positive things, harleys awsome!

He gave her a box with a live snake in it. She showed a polite smile when she told that story but I bet she was not amused. It takes a special kind of asshole to mess with live animals for a 'prank'.
The fact she made sure she had control over the first stand-alone Harley movie and purposely steered away from the Harley/Joker storyline, saying that's not what she was interested in seeing, is pretty telling to me. Might be that she doesn't like those two characters together regardless of who plays the Joker (their relationship is pretty damn toxic and abusive) but I've never heard her say anything positive about Leto that isn't just polite professionalism. Not having to work with him on this film is at the very least a bonus.
How did you get shade from that? She just wanted a badass chick film. Not everything is a diss at Leto.

He’s very conscientious on set. He’s not completely lost in the character that he’s violent or anything. Between every take he asks if I’m okay." That, to me, sound more than just professionalism, but that she actually got along with him.

Harley Quinn is the Deadpool of DC comics. Both are like comedian Superheroes, both are crazy but have some good morals, both are ultra violent vigilantes
