This works great 👍 thanks because there is not much information on this technique and it works perfectly it will save me a lot of money thank you very much producing mugs❤ everyone doing mugs I recommend this method will help you every time 352 Fahrenheit is 173 Celsius put the mug in from cold centralise the mug once you get to 352 Fahrenheit press the set button let the mug heat up to 352 leave for 15 seconds take it out on the beep I recommend letting the mug cool down for around 2 to 4 minutes just to handle its tricky 😂
It should be totally black , the Red , Green and black values should be 0,0,0 . Please check this TH-cam Video:-th-cam.com/video/Y-MUJ2-5Enk/w-d-xo.html

Hi! Nice mug! I just wonder how you can make the colors vibrant? Mine is a bit grainy and I really wonder why. I'm not sure if it is the picture I'm using, the printer or the mug press technique? I hope you can help me 🙂
Hello ! I am glad you liked it 😊 Actually for getting vibrant colors , the Design intended to be printed should be of high quality with accurate colors & the printer printing it should be in prefect condition, with no head clogging issues. Then the mug has to be baked at perfect temperature for the correct time ⏲️ & temperature as shown in this Video. Then you can surely get good professional results you seek....best of luck 👍😊

I thought you had to preheat the mug press before you put in the mug. If I am understanding correctly, the first press you have it in there while it preheats, then once it's ready you slide it down and repress for an additional 30 seconds? Thanks for the video!
that's great. using a mug with a small white block is the training wheels of mug pressing. the typical problem is pressure along the top or bottom edge but that's not possible with this style mug so its pretty irrelevant to that issue. i can also see your black doesn't match the black around the white box. if someone wants to press their own full mug design from handle to handle this method won't work.
nice video tip but does it help for the edge sides not necessarily the bottome thats my issue and mine is a hix but iam going to try this to see if it works
@@DIGITALDREAMSSUBLIMATIONTIPS what if you are do more then 1 mug. Do let the press cool down between each mug? That would be total impractical on a large order.
You could have saved a lot of ink if you had only created a PNG image with the text and the design. You could have removed the black background. At the end, that black part won't be noticed.

Absolutely was the problem i do all my mugs this way now thanks so much saved me so much money
I am glad the video helped you in a positive way !
i would be careful about overheating, if you see any brown you've gone too far, large solid black areas are difficult to get right
You are right, don't overheat
What is the first paper you had on the mug before you put the sublimated image?
Nothing...no paper, just wiped the mug clean with a towel, then adhered the sublimation transfer to it with heat tape ..that's it !
The mug ready comes with a white window.
how to know the colors to use in the mug layout to match it with mug color?
It should be totally black , the Red , Green and black values should be 0,0,0 . Please check this TH-cam Video:-th-cam.com/video/Y-MUJ2-5Enk/w-d-xo.html

@@neafranciaph3953 You too have too have a great day ahead 😊
What happens if you sublimate outside the white window. I have some of those mugs but haven't used the so I won't mess them up
Nothing will happen as sublimation ink gets printed on white patch only!
Very nice 👍🏼
Thanks!
Brother did you know the name of sublimation coating chemical
Hello, thanx for the video, very informative, one question, is the white window part of the mug or white vinyl box put on mug?
The sublimation mugs come with a white patch already. You just apply your picture on the white part and press.
The white patch is already on the Black mug !
also put in water bath immediately to stop ink from spreading
Never put it in water, it can create micro cracks. Putting it front of a fan works much better.

i have cracked a mug in cold water. Dip it in HOT water and it wont crack.

You sublimate for 15 seconds? Not 180 seconds?
Yes,you are right ...I put the mug in cold in the machine, and when temperature reached 350 degree Fahrenheit, machine cooked it for 15 seconds only !
@@DIGITALDREAMSSUBLIMATIONTIPS what if you are do more then 1 mug. Do let the press cool down between each mug? That would be total impractical on a large order.
its all about the total time in press about 3 - 3:30, with my similar presses I do 336 start to 350 end and 55 seconds on the time
