A good example would be Derivakat: she's an amazing artist working with a different storytelling medium, telling the same story in a vastly different style, in vastly different ways and goals, resulting in vastly different outcomes, which we couldn't even compare if we tried. This is gorgeous, this is art. The colors, the usage of quotes, the designs, the timing, the music - I loved everything about it. A great animatic to reminisce about the old lore while awaiting the new.
Oh god the pain. Seeing how they've all developed into the possible worst they could be is so terrifyingly sad yet so bittersweet at the same time. They've all gone through so much and all thier stories are all intertwined which just makes it even more painful. This was so beautifully made the way the music cuts off and the sound effects of the casino and the audio mixing is absolutely stunning. I adore this with more words then I could ever express

In reality, he truly was. On the SMP not even Dream could've stood against him without tapping creative mode for some bullshit and even then Dream would still have both hands full for the duration. Techno was the greatest PVPer who ever lived

Him ripping the cards with the two hearts on one side (Karl and Sapnap) and the lone heart on the other (Quackity himself). Oh the small details and references is what make these animatics so good.

At 0:40 in the Chaos Dream just casualy says "beatifull" while everyone else is in terror , sums up his Character on the smp pretty good. Like a kid looking at fireworks :)
When quackity ripped the 3 of hearts card I SOBBED, to my interpretation I think it meant that he’s put his fiancé’s in the past to continue building and working on Las Nevada’s 😭
I mean it also shows how many lives he has left, two lost to the past and one remaining his… albeit bitterly. I mean the man is p much scheming to knock everyone down to one life and rule the server… his character arc is sad yeah, but the man is still unhinged and debatably the villain in this arc

This. THIS. This is what I love about this fandom. You did an incredible animatic. You alived every character from the DSMP. You gave them more than just an character. You gave them an actual character. With the movements and gesture. The perfect timing of the quotes. The perfect animation of the scenes. I felt every line with my heart. I got goosebumps. There's so many gorgeous little details it's just an absolute overload of wonderful! From Quackity ripping the THREE of HEARTS the way he did to the ways the audio lines up with the visuals and the designs!! The character designs are freaking amazing! about the quackity card part , it seems some characters got assigned their own cards in this animatic. like will is a ace of spade, slime is a ace of clover, purpled is a 2 of spades, fundy is a 6 of hearts, foolish is a 6 of diamond, together karl sapnap and quackity are a 3 of hearts (obviously) and quackity might be a king of spades, but i'm not sure. i think i managed to get most of the correlations right , but i wonder what the cards actually mean

Beautiful is not a sufficient word to describe it, all I can say is the constant motif of death and life accompanied by Danse Macabre, a song of how we are all equals when it comes to death, is a work of art. I saw someone share the link on tumblr saying how this would be one of those animatics that would be remembered and talked about for a long while, and I believe it now. Holy shit, this is amazing!! The selective colors you use, your character designs and interpretations (the fucking chains on Dream, the resurrection beam for foolish is so????)!!!, the audio you picked, all of the brilliant and amazingly made transitions, the way you edited the voice lines make it so much more amazing. I would love to just go over and analyze every single detail you have put and write it all down, but right now im just sitting here in awe. Amazing job!! i hope so many more people see this, it deserves so many views and much love.

Watching your animatic made me remember the reasons i was addicted to the dreamsmp. The conflicts, the suffering, the revolution, and the betrayals. All potrayed into a 5 well damn minute made animatic. The colours, how the story develops itself and how it all ties together is amazing! Thank you for the memories :)

The detail on this is absolutely astonishing. That intro is absolutely amazing. I felt sentimental and sad while listening to Ghostbur sing and seeing the story of how lmanburg fell, then the sudden clap of thunder broke my focus giving an even stronger effect. The audio mixing as well as the art is also fluid and smooth, you did so well :DD

Literal chills. The timing of the clips, of the music, of the scenes. The way the places were drawn, made for it to work as if it had always looked like this (for exemple the bridge leading to Dream). The smooth transition between multiples arcs: it's amazing, and I can't tell how many times I've watched this, great job, definitely one of my favorite animatics ! You deserve way more views, likes and feedback ! Edit: also! I absolutely love the idea of Ghostbur completely panicking and the train already on it's way to pick him up (that's what I understood from the animation). As if it was all already written and destined to happen, as if Ghostbur's fate was inevitable the moment he stepped into the prison.

Omg the chills, the chills going through my body watching this. Ahhhhhhh this is so good!! It really feel like i'm watching a full on trailer. The way you make the whole things so intense with the music, the transition, the colour, the quotes, it's so perfect i don't even have words to describe everything in this video other than it's perfect, 5 minutes of pure perfection.
By far my favorite part (possible TW) was at 3:30. I can't put into words how well you portrayed(and escalated to be more realistic) the raw emotions of fear and vulnerability that was originally felt at that scene & the audio mixing and just AHH *chefs kiss* couldn't be better

I love these. I always felt like tommy was the real villian. He kept provoking those who were strong and okay with being left alone, then made them the enemy. Forcing them to take it to far every time. Such a good villian.
When I saw you uploaded I was so hyped! You're style has to be one of my favorite that I've ever seen! I liked how you put ghostbur singing the anthem with friend at the beginning, only for him, by the end of the animatic, to be killed and for Tommy to walk away from the prison holding friend. It was very poetic and made me cry. And now I will watch it again. Over all you did an amazing job and I hope this gets 1mil views because it deserves it seeing all the hard work you put into it. I REWATCHED IT WITH SUBTITLES!!! I think its so freaking cool how you that at 2:11 you hear a Totem of Undying and after that you can hear the egg whisper Foolish's name! Thats so cool!
OMMMGGG this is so good!!!!! Wow I didn't realize so much had already happened in season 3, it's so nice to see it all together! That moment where Quackity rips the 3 of hearts is so symbolic for his heartbreak (also the fact that earlier in the video that's the card he chooses) I love it! I wonder why the other characters are the cards they are. So Charlie seems to be the ace of clubs, makes sense that Charlie is the ace up his sleeve because he has knowledge on everyone and the ability to spy on people. And clubs to me is like a the friendliest sort I guess. Quackity himself is the king of spades, he holds the weapon he holds the power. Spades to me might symbolize strength here or hatred. Purpled seems to be 2 of spades and Fundy is 6 of hearts, their sorts make sense to me but not the number. I feel also it's heavily implied that Foolish is 6 of diamonds because it's in the lineup at 2:48. Idk what diamonds might symbolize but I guess Foolish has emerald eyes so it makes sense? Edit: Just noticed that the dancing figure in the beginning is Wilbur, and there's an Ace of spades on the table next to him. Interesting that he'd be an ace, maybe symbolizing that he himself has an ace up his sleeve? ((is that ghostbur at the end how dare you))
I like how in the first scene with Wilbur, there is a Rook on the windowsill with the King chess piece fallen down, but in the end, when he's back in his room as Revidebur, the rook is gone and the King is standing up :] That little detail made me happy. AND in that first scene with Wilbur, the Ace of Spades, representing most likely the secret he is holding ;) (don't know if the chess pieces were intentional, but I loved trying to figure out it's meaning)

I saw someone share the link on tumblr saying how this would be one of those animatics that would be remembered and talked about for a long while, and I believe it now. Holy shit, this is amazing!! The selective colors you use, your character designs and interpretations (the fucking chains on Dream, the resurrection beam for foolish is so????)!!!, the audio you picked, all of the brilliant and amazingly made transitions, the way you edited the voice lines make it so much more amazing.
I would love to just go over and analyze every single detail you have put and write it all down, but right now im just sitting here in awe. Amazing job!! i hope so many more people see this, it deserves so many views and much love.

Watching your animatic made me remember the reasons i was addicted to the dreamsmp. The conflicts, the suffering, the revolution, and the betrayals. All potrayed into a 5 well damn minute made animatic. The colours, how the story develops itself and how it all ties together is amazing! Thank you for the memories :)

The detail on this is absolutely astonishing. That intro is absolutely amazing. I felt sentimental and sad while listening to Ghostbur sing and seeing the story of how lmanburg fell, then the sudden clap of thunder broke my focus giving an even stronger effect. The audio mixing as well as the art is also fluid and smooth, you did so well :DD

The way the places were drawn, made for it to work as if it had always looked like this (for exemple the bridge leading to Dream). The smooth transition between multiples arcs: it's amazing, and I can't tell how many times I've watched this, great job, definitely one of my favorite animatics ! You deserve way more views, likes and feedback !
Edit: also! I absolutely love the idea of Ghostbur completely panicking and the train already on it's way to pick him up (that's what I understood from the animation). As if it was all already written and destined to happen, as if Ghostbur's fate was inevitable the moment he stepped into the prison.

Omg the chills, the chills going through my body watching this. Ahhhhhhh this is so good!! It really feel like i'm watching a full on trailer. The way you make the whole things so intense with the music, the transition, the colour, the quotes, it's so perfect i don't even have words to describe everything in this video other than it's perfect, 5 minutes of pure perfection.
By far my favorite part (possible TW) was at 3:30. I can't put into words how well you portrayed(and escalated to be more realistic) the raw emotions of fear and vulnerability that was originally felt at that scene & the audio mixing and just AHH *chefs kiss* couldn't be better

YOOOOOOOOO! This is so good! You used scenes that were really pivotal in a way that really stitched it all together without becoming cluttered. All the themes are there but nothing is out of place.
THIS IS SO GOOD! The animation is smooth, the song choice is impeccable, I had chills just from the opening and the goosebumps stayed throughout the animatic. You pack so much into five minutes of beautiful animation. Thank you!

I love these. I always felt like tommy was the real villian. He kept provoking those who were strong and okay with being left alone, then made them the enemy. Forcing them to take it to far every time. Such a good villian.

I liked how you put ghostbur singing the anthem with friend at the beginning, only for him, by the end of the animatic, to be killed and for Tommy to walk away from the prison holding friend. It was very poetic and made me cry.

OMMMGGG this is so good!!!!! Wow I didn't realize so much had already happened in season 3, it's so nice to see it all together! That moment where Quackity rips the 3 of hearts is so symbolic for his heartbreak (also the fact that earlier in the video that's the card he chooses) I love it!
I wonder why the other characters are the cards they are.
So Charlie seems to be the ace of clubs, makes sense that Charlie is the ace up his sleeve because he has knowledge on everyone and the ability to spy on people. And clubs to me is like a the friendliest sort I guess.
Quackity himself is the king of spades, he holds the weapon he holds the power. Spades to me might symbolize strength here or hatred.
Purpled seems to be 2 of spades and Fundy is 6 of hearts, their sorts make sense to me but not the number. I feel also it's heavily implied that Foolish is 6 of diamonds because it's in the lineup at 2:48. Idk what diamonds might symbolize but I guess Foolish has emerald eyes so it makes sense?
Edit: Just noticed that the dancing figure in the beginning is Wilbur, and there's an Ace of spades on the table next to him. Interesting that he'd be an ace, maybe symbolizing that he himself has an ace up his sleeve?

I like how in the first scene with Wilbur, there is a Rook on the windowsill with the King chess piece fallen down, but in the end, when he's back in his room as Revidebur, the rook is gone and the King is standing up :] That little detail made me happy. AND in that first scene with Wilbur, the Ace of Spades, representing most likely the secret he is holding ;) (don't know if the chess pieces were intentional, but I loved trying to figure out it's meaning)
one detail that I noticed is whenever the coin gets flipped to Foolish, it transitions into the setting sun perfectly. this is amazing
