No VIN, can't win, but might be A for 150 Series or B for 210 Series, 55 for 1955 model year, maybe G for Framingham, MA or T for Tarrytown, NY or S for St. Louis, MO assembly (among other choices) and the rest is the production sequence. Framingham closed in 1989, Tarrytown in 1996 and St. Louis in 1986. Since this was a six-cylinder equipped vehicle, there would not be a "V" as the first digit of the V, which would denote the V8 engine being installed.
No tag, can't brag, but can be somewhat figured out, no doubt: 55 for 1955 model year, 1263 for 150 Series two door wagon or 1063 for 210 Series two door wagon, S for St. Louis, MO or T for Tarrytown, NY or G for Framingham, MA assembly (among other choices), possible 503 for Blue interior trim or 504 for Green interior trim, possible 587 for Neptune Green exterior paint or 599 for Regal Turquoise exterior paint, among other codes.
Perhaps you had your Sears Craftsman tools in your Chevrolet Handyman.

I had a 55 wagon, mine was a green and white 210 model with the stovebolt 6, 3 on the tree, it was a 4 door. Had it been the 2 door handyman I would've kept it! Another great wagon week episode Steve!👍

Back in 1965 My father owned a 1955 nomad it was white and teal , What a nice car. I,m old I was 5 years old then.

The '55 Chevy grille is regarded as a classic design today. But I recall reading an article about how some Chevy dealers were unhappy with the design. Because the competition had full width grilles, they felt it was a 'cheap' design. The '56 had a full width grille incorporating the parking/turn signal lights, of course. 🤔

2:11 I had that same model as a kid - never forget cutting out the rear fenders to fit the wider wheels. Of course, over time it got parted out...the shorty exhausts went onto a C3 Corvette, the hood scoops and Moon tank ended up on a Merc 300SL (and looked surprisingly good there)...and I"m pretty sure there was a set of Hilborne fuel injection stacks that ended up on a C2 Corvette split window. Oh, the fun of modding plastic cars that didn't cost an arm and a leg... LOL

Our neighbors down the street had one just like that back in 1960. Same color combo. As I remember that green was very popular. Later on when we lived in a different neighborhood a guy in the next block had all the cars he ever bought and they were all green, a 1935 Chevy, a 1955 Chevy and a 1975 Chevy Caprice. He would buy a new car and drive it for 20 years and park it and buy another new one. Good thing he had a big garage.
That'd be cool to come across...a pile of same, single-owner barn finds all together waiting to be bought and put back on road! If only driven 20 yrs, might be in good shape, depending on what part of country they're in(northern salt belt would be bad!). It'd be so sweet to stumble upon a collection like that! 👍🏻👌🏻
My dad’s friend who owned an apple orchard did the same sort of thing except his cars were all Chryslers
So the 1956 Tri Five had a Ford/Plymouth/Chevy grille, at least that's what I call it. Just found a 1955 Sedan Delivery for a steal. It's gonna get a BBC and gear to tow my 1956 210 to the track. The Jesel Valvetrain Brothers raced and won with a 1956 265ci Delivery. Thanks Steve. Hope your feeling better.

I had a buddy back in high school that bought a 55 2 door wagon someone had customized into an El Camino. It looked good, bright yellow paint, fat tires on cragars..
Modern heavy duty diesel trucks still use a road draft tube to this day! On Mack's that I work on, they are connected to the engine oil spinner filter housing and no longer connected directly to the engine block.
Love the 55 wagon - will be my next classic car.

I did 4 new muscle car walk around videos at High Octane Classics in Auburn today. These were my first videos since my release from the hospital a month ago. I was a little rusty but the creative process was great for my mind set! These videos should post in mid May, I plan to do these Walk Around videos for the foreseeable future since actual Junkyard Crawl videos require more energy than I can muster. At least for the time being. Some hints on these new High Octane Classics Muscle Car walk around videos: what makes a Fox Mustang convertible and an SN95 Mustang convertible so different from each other? And what the big difference between a 1976 Trans Am 455 and a 1980 Tirbo Trans Am? Plus a look at a 1970 Super Bird clone an a comparo between a 1955 Chevy Bel Air and a 1956 Thunder Bird?
