This only applies to players who ALREADY have a KOREAN account. Therefore, you still need VPN, Korean number/ID verification before you can play WITHOUT VPN. So yep, still not for me.

No pvp need on KR for the players who want to test the game for short period of time. But for Global in TnL As much low ping you have game is more smooth in pvp and you have more FPS since its connected with animation transfer and low ping means fast animation transfer on time. I will make video about that

VPN is first connection. In most cases you dont need after that but its not works for everyone like this.
