It's where you put the key if the keyless go can't detect it If your dog is small enough to fit in this boot I would be putting them in the back seat belted in. Also if putting dogs in the boot is a priority then I would recommend looking at an estate
We have a medium sized dog (Lassie) and prefer not to put her on the back seat, particularly after a walk in the rain. She is getting old now (aged 10) and will soon struggle to jump into the back of the car herself, so we are factoring in the height of the Amoda boot lip to check that it’s not too high for her - like the Nissan Qashkai is.
My point was however, it would be nice for reviews on family cars to give the lip height in consideration of dogs and lifting in prams or mobility scooters.
I’ve driven this car’s larger sibling the C9 (also known as the Exeed RX) and I was blown away by its interior quality and value for money. It’s basically a 40 grand Range Rover and I can’t wait to see it released in the UK.
@@BuckleUpShow They could even build a factory there. Currently Omoda is working on some distributors for the Romanian market. The manager for Omoda in Romania is Marcus Du.
Oh Harry - Go to a launch junket then film their car in a muddy field strewn with abandoned tyres …. What a rebel ! Car may be a tough sell, seems to me MG are a natural competitor with an established presence in this “niche”
I would get used to it because the Chinese are going to keep coming with ever improving quality and competitive prices. The other brands continue to raise there prices and push others into them.
What do you think of Omoda as a brand? Let us know in the comments below!
Great video as always just ordered a Omoda 5 Noble as my new lease arrives early January
Are you excited?
Only seen them on TH-cam, looks good value getting it on a 3 year lease a replacement for a Suzuki S-Cross hybrid . If it's rubbish can I blame Harry
I have had mine for 8 days now and both myself and my wife absolutely love it ❤❤
Glad you're enjoying it
Which version did you get, petrol or EV
What is the (key labeled) right hand side of the phone charger pad designed for?
Why is the boot lip height for dog owners always ignored?

The height of this boot will be very similar to the Qashqai, a Dacia Jogger would thoroughly suit your needs

I would be surprised if it was only 40k by the time HMRC has had their way
Great review, the petrol emergency lane keep assist, so not auto steering.
One question, did the squirrel make it???
Yes
Romania is supposed to get the Omoda 5 at some point in the future.
Good for Romania

This looks suspiciously like a Nissan Qashqai...
We suspect that might be on purpose
Take a look at the front grill of the Qashqai first 😂 this thing look nothing like it apart of having 4 wheels and a steering wheel 🤭
290 what though, it's not the power, torque or displacement in any units I can think of
It refers to the amount of comments we’ll get about this being a CHINA CAR!!!

Unfortunately the roadside spots quiet enough for filming tend to also be quiet enough for fly tipping
This is definitely on the budget end of Chinese cars. Still good value
Shouldn't everything on the budget end be good value?
Great review,a lot of car for 25k...The Chinese are here.
你好
30mpg is a disappointment
Great news, this segment is full of hybrid cars that can provide much higher MPGs
I hate it 😡 a another Chinese made car looks horrible
Thanks for watching

Excellent Woollarding at the end
Thank you
ha! I was just about to comment this. The 'ol Woollarding is a truly lost art imo
