Sees man scan something literally titled SAND SHARK
And she called it a jellyfish!
(Unless she was referring to the reefback, in which case, still incorrect but I understand how she got there)
“This guy is really a true scientist I feel like”
Ryley, basically a janitor on a space ship: “Yes..”
i feel like a marine biologist or diver or someone ocean related would have been a better guest for this particular game. not saying that she didnt fit the video she was great
Subnautica is not about surviving, is about the world of subnautica and its creatures, so yeah, she doesnt fit in here. They should keep her for more survival related. Games like the forest, stranded deep and others.
@@bropil7545
Yeah, I'd say its harder to not survive in the game. Even dying by leviathans is pretty rare.
Or the both of them
@@bropil7545 And they already covered that...

I like how she pretty much summed up the entire game when she said “What do you do there other than use your zapper to identify things?”

"We haven't seen any predators" couple minutes ago, we saw him scanning a sand shark and before that we saw Stalker in the kelp forest
“We haven’t found any predators” Mesmers, stalkers, sand sharks, cave crabs, etc: “AM I A JOKE TO YOU?!”
"fire in enclosed spaces; bad news" someone aught to tell Elon Musk.
Fire in Enclosed Spaces? Now that is a helluva name for a band.
Everyone else: Wow this is so cool!
Me: Why did whoever’s playing the game get the repair tool before the high-capacity oxygen tank?
Wait you got the high capacity oxygen tank before the repair tool
How
@@trent800 yes, I also got the stasis rifle before the mammoth
8 minutes in “we haven’t seen any predators yet” meanwhile like 4 or 5 predators and aggressive fauna have been shown XD

Love her commentary. Exploring the actual wilderness with her would be so much fun.
It seems like she'd make fun of you for bringing food and matches

I'll take more of Kinga reacting to stuff anytime.
Oh yeah. There's a massive worldwide quarantine in Subnautica.
*_Fun fact №1:_* the "Islands" you encounter on 4546 are actually humongous rocks suspended by "floaters". These floaters can grow to massive sizes & can congregate in vast numbers, meaning that enough of them with extra large sizes can lift & suspend a chunk of rock the size of Texas with no difficulty.
*_Fun fact №2:_* though the planet's surface is roughly 95%(+) water, one thing I've read & watched videos about that has the most credence is that most of the action in Subnautica 1 takes place in a dormant volcanic crater larger than Australia or some similar size earth continent, which explains why there's a massive lava biome,l & a wealth of standard metals, metalloids, crystallines, & silicates everywhere, but rare versions of resources are found in higher concentrations in remote or hard to reach locations; now, I say "95%(+)" bc when you enter The Void, you're technically crossing the lip of this big assed volcano. But nobody is irrational enough to do that. _Right???_ Well, what if you're 1,000,000 % balls & -∞% self-preservation, woulddddd- ...Y'know what, fam? Y'all can TH-cam search what happens if you go really far out past The Void.

You'd be surprised how often people turn stupid when they panic... just saying.
He couldn't of left, 1. Because the fire was blocking the ladder and the hatch, and 2. If he just left the pod to burn, the fabricator would have been destroyed and Ryley would be boned.
One of my favorite experts you bring in. I like how engaging she gets with the games.
This is EXACTLY what I was looking for
I've seen so many "Marine Biologists reacts to Subnautica" and BARELY reacts to things or explains what they're reacting to
This video gives a lot more insight (though some of it Is super intuitive in the game it's so nice)
If you were wondering where he got the bottled water he literally took the fish and turned it into filtered water
Or if you speak subnautica: he nabbed the bladder fish and turned it into a bot-o wota

can we see more subnautica, love this game and would love to see their reaction to the pda data of the leviathons
"Is it edible?" is probably an expected question from a survivalist expert lol
Gamology makes the greatest reaction videos ever,he asks for experts to react to a certain game which talks about what they are experts at. Like imagine an expert reacting to your favorite game that would be cool. Thank you so much gamology you the man! The best!
Expert reacts to quake.
It wasn't cheesy. Gemma exists lmao. You're both great.
I like her, she's pretty funny; especially her "My phone..." comment...so girly. And then there's her posture, she's so comfortable and informative.
I love how you do all that shit just to die on space because you need an absurd amount of credits
And also, I was expecting her to see the deep water exploration, but now I'm just sad, I just really like the very deep parts of the sea, the ghost leviathans, the lava zone... ok I'll stop, its 4 am I shouldn't be here

“Is it edible, that’s my question for everything” I laughed so hard 🤣
I love how she just wants to know if you can eat whatever she sees, even the reaper leviathan
I think in below zero it’s explained that a character survived off of the dead body of one for awhile (can’t remember the specifics cause it’s been awhile since seeing that video and haven’t gotten too far into that game)
I love the fact that she said that "this guy is a true scientist" when he was the most unimportant person on the entire ship.
“No one wants to use there brain”
The fact that she said that and that I relate to it to much scares me
Would have loved to see her reaction to the Ghost Leviathan. Would also be interesting to see her reaction to The Long Dark, as that would really be up her alley. Games like 7 Days, Rust, or The Forest would be cool as well.
I think there are Reactions of her to The Forest and The Long Dark.

Just a general fun fact: the water in the safe shallows of subnautica is roughly at 15°C according to the in-game thermometer.
