Thank you! I grew up on Entenmanns cream cheese coffee cake in NJ. Then we moved to TX & it took 20 years until our smaller stores sold it. I loved it & can't wait to try this. I'm allergic to almonds & don't like the gritty texture anyway so thank you again for figuring out how to do this for us. 🌷

We fed hundreds of volunteer workers on construction projects. We made all the homemade rolls, homemade hamburger buns, biscuits, cakes & desserts in a dedicated "bakery trailer'! I also have been a hobby cake baker for 40 years even making huge wedding cakes often as gifts for friends. Keto baking is different & getting better because of people like you who are willing to experiment. Also, Tara Wright has a Keto Cupcake cookbook. She uses a base of coconut & acacia flours in her recipes & no almond or nut flours. Perhaps you'd enjoy researching it. I've tried a few of the cupcake recipes & they turned out great.

I grew up living on bread and carbs until I started the diseases that come with doing that for over fifty years. Determined to not live on meds, and be healthy and strong for my "special needs" grandson whom I help with, I made the change to keto. Healthier than in my 30's and 40's, I jump with excitement every time I see your hard work come to fruition. LOL Years in the kitchen will teach you that. And then on top of that you count it all in the macros, and pay for it all, I hate to waste. Plus it makes cleaning dishes easier, which I learned when I worked in bakeries and kitchens where I had to do my own dishes for years!
I made this today and it turned out very good. I'm glad that it made 3 Danishes - we're having one now and the other 2 are frozen for Christmas desserts. I made this on Sunday, split the recipe in half (cooking for just me), and baked it on a 1/4 sheet pan. This recipe is a hit! I substituted homemade yogurt for sour cream, as there was none in the fridge, and powdered erythritol in the icing, 'cause that's what I had. It turned out great and is especially good with bacon. (okay, what's not good with bacon??) I am looking forward to experimenting with this recipe! Thank you for being so generous with your talents!

I just made this, I didn't have all the exact ingredients, I used vanilla flavored protein, and I didn't have any Brown sugar keto, but this came out dam good!. Thanks for a great recipe, I will be following your channel and making more of your recipes.
just made these and WOWEE WOW WOW WOW I didn't have unflavored whey so I used vanilla muscletech. It worked out pretty good with a nearly undetectable "protein" flavor (you know what I mean?) I used Philadelphia cream cheese and my mixture was extremely runny/liquidy. I had to dig little troughs in the batter, in order for the cream cheese to not spill all over, even though it kind of did anyway. I was also lazy and didn't do the drizzle bc I used the rest of my sweetener (erythritol/allulose mix) on the recipe. But imo it's perfectly good without. 10000/10 amazing recipe, you are a GENIUS srsly thank you 🥺

I actually purchased the brand of oat fiber you use because I saw in your recipes when you were using it it was very white so I decided to take a chance on it. Unfortunately the stuff I received was yellowish beige. But LifeSource brand is always white, super fine, absolutely no funky taste whatsoever and it's pure fiber, zero net carbs. It's decently priced as well although I usually buy it on netrition because it's cheaper than Amazon. I have bought at least twenty 1 lb bags over the past four years and they are always the same, always consistent. I used to could buy a 5 lb bag on Amazon but it doesn't seem like they sell that anymore. Anyway I highly recommend it. Excellent quality. About $5 per lb.

Ok I made this. Did not have unflavored whey, used my creamy vanilla aboutime whey, no extract, 1 tsp of Xantham. Did not use crumble (didn’t have brown sugar sub) and no icing. I think I overlooked it. My trays are heavy steel. I had to move to upper shelf after 13 minutes, and pulled out four mins later, It was a smidge dense and tasted a smidge eggy when hot… but our eggs were extra large. On cooling it was delicious… didn’t need extra stuff. I cut each piece into 2 triangles (so 36 pieces). Then I had three. Thank you!

When I first started keto about a year ago, I followed a few other channels, mainly for meal ideas, recipes, and learning about macros, etc. (you didn't show up into my feed until later). I started trying some of their dessert recipes (mainly quickie mug cakes LOL) and now have a pantry full of keto-friendly ingredients, and yes, the 3 types of sugar you talked about! Hello friend! Back again because I happened upon a recipe for keto "sweet potato" casserole using cauliflower and pumpkin. I think it was a keto chow recipe. I used your crumble as the topping along with some chopped walnuts (didn't have pecans). It's sooo yummy and filling 😍😍

Have these in the oven as I type. I added some Pumpkin Spice emulsion to the cake batter. I didn't have sour cream, so I subbed in some of my homemade Greek yogurt. My Greek yogurt is much thicker than sour cream, almost a cream cheese consistency, so we will see how it goes.

Hello friend! Back again because I happened upon a recipe for keto "sweet potato" casserole using cauliflower and pumpkin. I think it was a keto chow recipe. I used your crumble as the topping along with some chopped walnuts (didn't have pecans). It's sooo yummy and filling 😍😍

My vice was the apple fritter from Dunkin Donuts. I loved how it seemed to dizzolve in your mouth. As soon as I finished it I would say ok shouldn't have eaten that, of course, I'd do it again. Could you try replicating it, please?😍😍

Chayote squash in a keto pastry with apple pie seasonings and butter
Have these in the oven as I type. I added some Pumpkin Spice emulsion to the cake batter. I didn't have sour cream, so I subbed in some of my homemade Greek yogurt. My Greek yogurt is much thicker than sour cream, almost a cream cheese consistency, so we will see how it goes.

Yeah it's almost here, pretty crazy year it has been.
I had a registry for the baby shower, we got some stuff and I just went and bought the rest because I'm only 5 weeks away from being full term. But I have a PO Box, we asked everyone at the baby shower to give the baby their favorite book from childhood with a note written in it to him, if you want to do that. ☺
