Funny people keep saying to save trait unlock stones for world boss weapons… Y’all listen to TH-camrs who whale and have everything. As a ftp player you need to get as strong as possible and world boss weapons should be the least of your concerns. These are the same people running around complaining about getting one shot by great swords lol. Use your materials to reach at least 3.2k gear score and then you start saving. There’s no point in saving everything just to suck at the game.
I like this. Unless you are in a super competitive top guild, then just forget about BiS. Get your budget build (gears that can drop from dungeons, open world, pouches, chests) to max traits, as long as you are ofcourse, building your toon right and not just using random purps you get.
Unpopular opinion but you don’t have to trait out blues before transitioning. It’s really not that big of a deal imo. The time it would take you to trait out blues you could have just easily upgraded to a stronger purple from my experience.
@298cole no, you're WoW-brained here tbh. A full trait blue is stronger than a base purple first of. Second. Transfering a full traited blue saves you a ton of lucent on a single expensive trait like heavy attack on the cheap.
Another tip, if you get a bad trait from your purp weapon or any gear, don't reroll it yet, check the prices for blue and stack as much blessings as you can, doesn't matter if you accidentally max the trait, you can still reroll it to level 1. Then once you have enough blessings to upgrade 9 levels of traits, then reroll your 3 traits and start upgrading using blue gears. FYI, you still need to account the blessings you will get from transferring blue to purp. You will need 450 blessings per trait upgrade in Purp.
If i full trait 2 blue weapon and after i transfer one (with a low level 1/2) and after the second (always full traits) for done the purple at lv6, i will have blessing from both?
@@Victor-Italy1986 Just to be clear, since I'm having trouble understanding your question. 1) Transferring a blue with trait, regardless of how many traits it has, will always transfer blessings too. The amount of blessing transferred per amount of trait is something I do not know. But a maxed trait blue will transfer 960 blessings or more and it can guarantee 2 traits since it's 450 per per trait. 2) You can only transfer to a gear 1 time only. 3) Regardless of level (aside from level zero blue/purp) blessings will still be transferred, but the amount I still do not know same as my answer to 1.

@ShayRock use the boss currency for unlock stone bundles at vendors, you need 1 currency from each dungeon, the bundles contain 3 unlock stones each. I have a ring of universal power that I haven't spent 1 lucent on and fully unlocked and traited this way.

Also a great way to upgrade and maybe unlock traits is to do the dungeon with the the most stuff you need. For example I do butchers cause I have the fury war blade and lequirs daggers with all traits unlocked. I also have most of the gear except the chest piece. I am able to upgrade my weapon traits as long as it is the specific one and well as unlock traits of the armors because I’m using the specific ones. And now everything is getting cheaper since ppl keep putting everything lower and lower just to win the bid and get lucent. In the future will be horrible, so I am just keeping my lucent for later
Doesn’t look like you actually play the game. I’ve only been playing for 2 weeks, and only started looking into anything guide/tips at lvl 50, which was 6days ago or so. Most my sales were small like 30lucent or so, buti’ve had 2x 250 lucent and 1 time 190 lucent from abyssal dungeon loot. Play smart instead of whining
is it worth getting the leveling log and battle pass? usually in games pass offers the most value but I don't see how 50 unlockstones from pass justifices 500 price.
I def think the battle pass has value, bc it scales past completing it. All the points you get after finishing it are converted to star points, and you get enough to buy a significant amount from the shop - blue and red stones, cooking mats, extra dungeons (both types), and a lot more
I bought both and paid a 1000 lucent for 120 unlockstones and some materials only to find out the most expensive trait may cost 400-500 lucent only so I got scammed :D Unless of course I use it for a rare drop
I am starting to dislike how every MMO is just a race to see who can get the most currency, it used to be about doing the same dungeon 50 times with your friends hoping one of you gets a drop. They need to make some of the equipment completely unsellable just so that if you got it you earned it by playing. Ifni get an archboss drop i will never sell, the chance of getting it again is so low, you bet im using it considering we can shift classes fairly quickly. Rant over.
only '538' lucent' what? is it that easy for you to farm lucent or are u a rich/lucky person. i spend 20k abbys 0 drop full dungeon 0 drop so 538 lucent is pretty expensive people like me

"spent 20k abyss 0 drop, full dungeon 0 drop" yes u drop, but u just dont know what to sell, what to keep and what to dissolve. a blue extracted weapon with hit change trait worth 20-30 lucent on AH, a blue extracted chest piece with melee evasion worth 50-60 lu on AH,... and you just say: "oh I'm unlucky, I'm poor, fak all rich/lucky ppl". No, u r just stupid.
I feel you. Some people are lucky with drops. Some have average luck, and then there's us. Pitty crafting everything and only dungeon drops with shitty traits.

@@WanSheTong shock commander gloves for instance: you save trait unlock stones to unlock the initial trait; then you upgrade with blues. If you transferred xp from an item that was trained out it can go a long way toward blessing your current item you’re trying to min-max

@@aya22076I did not know you get trait unlock stones from crafting the tokens. I have over 100 for each dungeon especially now with the random option you can get them so fast
I wouldn't suggest doing Unlock Stone for non-archboss weapon. 100 unlock stone is a lot when you can just buy cheap traits and use conversion stone by locking all the bad trait :) Unlock Stones on non-archboss equipement are best used on Field Boss Armour/Accessories.
I’ve used 500 unlock stones already 200 for my talus, 100 for my reaper pants, 200 for accessories. It’s not that limited especially if you run dungeons on random matchmaking.
Pay to win. Getting unlock stones or conversion as free players you can get like 30 per week doing all the weekly missions. To unlock a weapon trait you need 100 so... Several weeks before you can get one unlocked trait
Great video but I wish more effort was put into expressing the fact that it is more eco-friendly to pay for 1 purple if the 11-12 blues is going to cost more. Unless you are a gambler and don't mind spending 100-200 extra lucent for a "lucky" hit, then it's always more worth to just buy the purples. There are sneaky tricks, like this video shows, using a bad trait (Cheaper trait) to gain blessing to upgrade an expensive trait, but make sure to still check if you are going over the price it would cost to just buy the purple. I am not saying this video if one of them, but there are a lot of videos going around telling people to use blues still, because blue prices are crashing hard across multiple regions and blue traits is what everyone used to make lucent via farming. Minus a few regions, purples have come down to a price where it's either equal or less in price than the 11-12 blues it would cost you to get the blessings and the upgrade. Prices have crashed so hard that outside of world boss loot, or dungeon loot, It's next to know money really, there are a few outliers still but yeah, that's about it. Currently in the region I'm in, if you are not in fully trained purple gear by now, then as a guild we question what you have even been doing with your time, it costs about 2-3k lucent to fully trait purples (Outside of world boss drops and few dungeon pieces) it's actually more worth to make an Alt healer on NA EAST (I believe) get level 50, then farm dungeons once a week, or whenever you get max dungeon tokens, because for some reason that's the only region where items are still hella expensive. You can easily make 2-3k lucent a week if you sell everything you get on your alt.
Aragon bro you need to really do some research before doing these videos. Trait unlock stones on t1 gear? This guide is for the very casual gamer who dont care about this game and its not planning to play in the long run. You NEVER waste precious materials on T1 gear when T2 is around the corner and youll need all those materials when you just told the whole community to waste those materials...
@@hagu1005 Heavy attack chance is extremely good for dps. It's currently much more valuable than most, if not all, other stats related to end game dps atm.
This is actually the worst way to go about it. The best way is to have your first blue weapon fully trained and lvl 9. Get 3 other blue weapons and buy 10 lucent traits and max them out for 90 lucent each. Transfer from first to the next and the last one into the purple weapon would give you 3840 blessing for the cheapest way.

Let’s be real , it can be done with 0 lucent , I’ve done 2
I didn't transfer a fully traited weapon into my purple. Is this still worth doing ?
It is worth it, but you can only do it, if you have not maxed out your purple to level 9
is it worth getting the leveling log and battle pass? usually in games pass offers the most value but I don't see how 50 unlockstones from pass justifices 500 price.
I would say it's not worth getting the leveling log, and the battle pass is only worth it if you need the trait unlock stones
I def think the battle pass has value, bc it scales past completing it. All the points you get after finishing it are converted to star points, and you get enough to buy a significant amount from the shop - blue and red stones, cooking mats, extra dungeons (both types), and a lot more
@@7Xorcist you still get those on free pass
I bought both and paid a 1000 lucent for 120 unlockstones and some materials only to find out the most expensive trait may cost 400-500 lucent only so I got scammed :D
Unless of course I use it for a rare drop
hey aragon, on what server are you playing?
UPD: oh, nvm, found it under your stream! it's Wraith, but i cant select that, welp gg xd
yeah can't transfer there until the milestones are finished
I am starting to dislike how every MMO is just a race to see who can get the most currency, it used to be about doing the same dungeon 50 times with your friends hoping one of you gets a drop. They need to make some of the equipment completely unsellable just so that if you got it you earned it by playing. Ifni get an archboss drop i will never sell, the chance of getting it again is so low, you bet im using it considering we can shift classes fairly quickly. Rant over.
40 blessings/ weapon??
how about armor?
Why not get the purple leveled first a little, like they say get it to 7.3...
you mean 7.3!
You can do that, and you'll be 3.5% more efficient. It's honestly not a big deal
@@Aragon- not counting all the growthstones you are using so it is more efficient to level up to 7.33 to get your piece to 9 with blessing
@@Kenzaro u dont need all stuff at plus 9 u dont gain anymore additional stats after plus 8 u only gain abit of damage/defense
@@Aragon-thank you. I updated it in case someone sees that info 😂
only '538' lucent' what? is it that easy for you to farm lucent or are u a rich/lucky person. i spend 20k abbys 0 drop full dungeon 0 drop so 538 lucent is pretty expensive people like me
I've made 4.4k the past 2 weeks playing very casually
Pretty sure you could've made Lucents with 20k coins. Just need to figuring out what to sell and where to farm. Especialy if you have contracts on.
@@ibrahimelmhadri6576 doesnt matter this is all gamble if u get lucky drop u make money
extract the blue item with good trait and sell them too, no way u get nothing from 20k abyss tokens except u r stupid.
I don't even have that currency yet.
You can do it alot cheaper than that by using a crap trait like mana regen and keep maxing blessing
Is there a way that i dont have to use lucent for traits heavily?
Yes just farm the drops. Take a while and you can sell the stuff you don't need and get lucent
Ps5 auction house is wild compared to this video
If i full trait 2 blue weapon and i trasfer before one(with only lv1) and after the one with lv 9 i can have double blessing on purple?
no sadly, you only get +240 blessings, same as if you were to just gain blessings by putting blue into purple
You just saved yourself 150 lucent
a good bit more when you consider the heavy attack chance
when i see the foam, im in my zoneeee
Based on your RNG it’s a 10-30% net benefit on average, may save you on upgrading other things. Waste not want not. I do this method if the purple extract is too expensive I’m CP3300 ish
Cause his weps are cheap now do the same on shock commander armor or something of that caliber and see.
@@WanSheTong shock commander gloves for instance: you save trait unlock stones to unlock the initial trait; then you upgrade with blues. If you transferred xp from an item that was trained out it can go a long way toward blessing your current item you’re trying to min-max
This works on armor too, I presume? I've never understood traiting yet
yes it works the same for armor
With armor you need the same kind of gear though. You can’t take a trait from pants and put into a helmet for example. It doesn’t matter for weapons though.
Why buy a purple one when you still got 2 blues and could get lucky?
the average is 10 blue to upgrade at 10% chance, versus buying 1 purple with 100% chance
So if the purple is less than 100 Lucent, then it is cheaper than buying 10 blue for 100 lucent!
@@Aragon- Yeah, but if you sell the 2 blues you get like 14-16 lucent in total? So it doesn't really make sense to me. You still could get a lucky proc.
Today buy purple trait heavy attack chance for 10 lucent🎉
Good luck getting a arch weapon lol with your measly .01 % drop chance 😂
on server Pippin, purple Heavy Attack rarely drop below 600 Lucent
wow what servers are u on? im on NAE launch servers and heavy attk is 150 on my server
on my server on my gs, its over 1k lucent for all 3 of the traits.
market is region wide, not server specific
@@HuNtOziO I’m on Pippin, the Playstation Only server
@CRONKTEZ still has same market as that whole region though. Same for all servers and what region they are in
Trying this on a belt. It’ll cost hundreds of lucent just to max out my blue belt before upgrading to my purple one lmao. Not sure it’s worth it.
Just max out the belt with garage traits so it's cheap, and you get the blessings when going to purple
all good expect there isnt really a cap to blessing
How is games of thrones have more views than neverwinter games ,lol,.
Because neverwinter is shite and the player base is dead. Neverwinter daily active players 5000 and thats combining pc xbox and ps4/5 put together lol. Throne and liberty active players amongst all platforms. 500,000+
so hard to get that stones .. better to use the trait unlock stone for expensive items like boss weapons or armors.. btw good video. for ppl who really dont know.
Better to save trait stones for throne and liberty 2
@@Playerflown he's not wrong tho..for example shadow harvester trousers, boots or talus staff and any other boss weapon is so much better use of unlock stones
now do this for rings pls
Regardless of how good the game is, everything being locked behind a paid currency even if it’s farmable(not anymore really it was only first 2 weeks) no trading between players and a gold currency that has no use is just a bad game design and a predatory game that has no merit. Games nice however will die very fast because people aren’t stupid and will stop playing because 90% of the player base won’t spend 2-3k dollars just to stay competitive.
This video should have more than double of its likes. Very useful, thanks!
What’s the best way to get trait unlocking stones?
weekly missions, lithograph book, battle pass and events
you can craft dimentional soul shards from coop dungeon into bags (1 shard of each dungeon(6)) that contains 3 unlocking stones, you can get 12 unlocking stones consistently every 2 days
@@aya22076ooo didn’t know that thx
@@Aragon- didn’t know about the weekly Thx :D
@@aya22076I did not know you get trait unlock stones from crafting the tokens. I have over 100 for each dungeon especially now with the random option you can get them so fast
I wouldn't suggest doing Unlock Stone for non-archboss weapon. 100 unlock stone is a lot when you can just buy cheap traits and use conversion stone by locking all the bad trait :)
Unlock Stones on non-archboss equipement are best used on Field Boss Armour/Accessories.
Trait unlock stones are easy to get ive allteady usrd 400 and getti g 200 more this week
Whats the chances of getting an arch boss weapon 😂
I’ve used 500 unlock stones already 200 for my talus, 100 for my reaper pants, 200 for accessories. It’s not that limited especially if you run dungeons on random matchmaking.
Sure, if you can get arch boss gears lmao.
Purple weapon traits is so cheap now
DO NOT use unlockstones on anything that isnt boss weapons
9mfg I thought extracts only unlocked but they can upgrade too ommgggg
Lol, but you can add another cheaper weapon to unlock trait that you need.
spending money in the AH is just 🤣
??
can i transfer epic into epic?
yes you can, but you lose all the traits
Yes, if u have a fully traited epic it have 1340 +/- blessing
So almost 3 blue rolls on the next epic
Pay to win. Getting unlock stones or conversion as free players you can get like 30 per week doing all the weekly missions. To unlock a weapon trait you need 100 so... Several weeks before you can get one unlocked trait
4:06 just over 500 lucent. That's $10 USD just to unlock a weapon trait. Nah no ty.
Ikr, just what I was thinking
Lucent is so expensive. Hate this game is pay to win
?? Where did I use the unlock stones?
What a waste of guild tokens oof
Bruhhh...50 strength, really? You dps or you tank?
@@hagu1005 50 str is for heavy attack which is most broken stat in the game
Heavy Attack Chance is crazy lol
Yeah but look how much dex he is missing. Idk if it is a good trade
@@hagu1005dex isnt better
@@hagu1005 Heavy attack chance is extremely good for dps. It's currently much more valuable than most, if not all, other stats related to end game dps atm.
This is actually the worst way to go about it. The best way is to have your first blue weapon fully trained and lvl 9. Get 3 other blue weapons and buy 10 lucent traits and max them out for 90 lucent each. Transfer from first to the next and the last one into the purple weapon would give you 3840 blessing for the cheapest way.
That's interesting. I might give it a try.
NEVERMIND, this is wrong, you don't get that many blessing.
DON'T DO THIS.
IT'S BAD ADVICE.
@ I always do this. Cost me < 300 lucent to fully trait my clasp of the conquerer last night. Though I did use unlock stones to get skill dmg + conversion to roll 3rd trait I bought cheap into buff +
So you are transfering 3 full traited blue items into 1 blue and then transfering that into the purple?
you get 192 blessings for going from max blue to blue, thats not worth compared to feeding 9 blues into a purple to get 360 blessings!
@Deamonczar Are you sure about this? I have done a test from transferring fully trained blues into other blues. It does not yield the usual 900+ blessing you get from transferring fully trait blue to purples
It only yields me around 200 blessings by doing so
pay-to-win for players without skills, what happen when the game die, say bye to your money!!!
Players pay because they are too weak and after buying gears they dominate the game, poor #whales without skills
Uff, i see 2600 cp, i quit the video
That's with test gear
can anyone explain how to do this on console? or does it not have the same system for being able to just unlock with stones etc?
same system, just maybe a bit different for navigating menus
like this nothing to know, simple game stuff...
thanks for watching
shut up no it's not lol
