As a Recruiter myself, in addition to being a Career Success Coach, I have a license for LinkedIn Recruiter where I specifically am filtering and searching for keywords to identify you as a great candidate for my client.
    It's super important you have great keywords that align to job descriptions that align to your expertise, and that they are in multiple sections of your profile.

      @@RitaBaroody The two roles are Workplace Services Coordinator and Community/Public Health. The challenge is identifying the elements of commonality between the two in order to help with writing the summary section. Currently working as Workplace Services Coordinator but with a academic training and background in Community/Public Health.
