However, when I saw this project , and the extensive visible damage when you first started it, and how excited you were about getting this thing going, you had me. I might not be in trucks, but I am into rebuilding. And I'm loving watching you do the pulls, doing all your work on the original spot welds, to make everything fit properly, your extensive trial fittings, and all the other work that you're doing to put this together. I always like to see a new craftsman!

i just love those junkyards. it allows you to do what ever you want. and you get some crazy things in there sometimes. once i saw a complete MINT golf mk4 leather interior on there and i havent had the cash just to take it with me and store it somewhere to sell later. still sad about that to this day.

So if you're under twenty-five in the state of California you would not be able to get close to that machine......that's why I'm very happy and impressed what you guys happy right into it getting dirty and find out what's wrong and right....😀😀😀😀😀💪💪💪👍👍

You do outstanding work and I always need a frame man. I often fix wrecks and have recently started working on autos on my channel. Keep up the great work!

You are a true magician with that frame machine, like your humble attitude to what you’re doing. Just one little thing, please put the discguard back on the grinder and please put ear protectors on while you make all that grinding, hammering etc, be safe.

What works better than a ground down wrench handle for separating spotwelded panels is a MAC tools gasket scraper. Drill hole in the end of the handle and drive the handle all the way down so you can hammer on the end of the shaft at the end of the handle. I have experience building totals since 1990 on frame racks and doing sections. Also helps to get a pneumatic flanging tool so you can lap the seams so you have something to weld to. You are doing a great job. Just giving you a couple tips to make the job a bit easier and better.
Awesome work man. I would recommend a little more for PPE for the shop. Protect those ears from the constant sounds of grinding, cutting, sanding. If boots aren't your style, they make safety shoes to to protect those toes from dropping tools and materials. You need to cover your arms and hands when welding, not only can slag and sparks burn you, but there is UV exposure from the arc. I also highly recommend pants while welding. You will the first time a piece of slag hits your ankle or goes in that little gap of the top of your shoes. You are doing a good job of protecting your eyes and lungs though. Keep up the solid work.
love seeing methodical work, im methodical but im builder, never done anything like this, would love to tho, seeing methods makes things look easy and easy to follow for layman like me,
