    Thanks for the great tips!
You know, if you want to reduce anxiety about an exam, the key is to shift how you see yourself. Stop thinking like a student. You’re not just someone cramming for a test. Instead, see yourself as a person whose job is to help a company solve real problems. When you look at it this way, passing or failing becomes less of a focus. What really matters is whether you can add value and offer insights that help. I always tell my ACCA students to approach it this way.
Let me give you a simple example. Think of it like cooking for a dinner party. If you’re just worried about whether everyone will like your dish, you’ll stress over every detail-‘Will it taste good? Will it be enough? What if someone doesn’t like it?’ But if you shift your focus to making sure people enjoy the evening overall, maybe by sharing a great story or making everyone feel comfortable, the pressure around the dish eases. It’s the same with exams. You’re there to bring something useful to the table, not to prove you’re perfect.

Had to turn off the video and listen to this excellent discussion like a radio broadcast simply because of the obsession with camera cuts. It only served to add to my anxiety! Josh was great however. He actually has a very relaxing voice - perfect to listen to. I’m not sure being able to watch this conversation was really necessarily. Much better as a piece of audio.
