Did you enjoy the journey through Pennsylvania's hidden gems? Should we explore more for Part 6, or wrap up the series? Your feedback is invaluable-drop your thoughts below! Thanks for all your support!
I am sure that the narration is AI or electronically generated as are most TH-cam videos which is why city’s like Reading and Coudersport are incorrectly pronounced
It's not Reading, Pennsylvania, as in reading a book. It's pronounced read, past tense, plus "ing." Like Red- ding. However, this series was informative. As a lifelong PA resident, I learned a few new places to visit! Awesome thanks 😊
Scranton and Lackawanna County, as well as Wilkes-Barre and Luzerne County, are overshadowed by a depressing cloud. There's high drug addiction, frequent overdoses and deaths, rampant alcoholism, and elevated rates of mental illness and suicide. Leave while you can, and don’t move back due to childhood nostalgia, as that time is gone forever!
@Percept2024 Thank you! I'm just sharing what I've observed and what feels true to me. I only wish I had left much sooner and taken my child with me, but I had many family obligations and needed to finish college. She returned, and unfortunately, her life took a downturn for both her and her children. It's truly a shame because she had such a bright future. But you can't help someone who doesn't want to be helped.
I have yet to visit the Johnstown Inclined Rail and the Ice Mine Cave!! I've actually REALLY wanted to go there so thank you for the update!! and Of course, love love LOVE Hershey & I live right by the Pagoda! Yes - Indian Echo Caverns is Amazing!! It gets overshadowed by Crystal Cave a lot!!!
The reading or redding is how it should be pronounced is closed due to needed repairs prob won't reopen also Knoebels Amusement and Ringing Rocks County Park are cool places to check out
The Pagoda atop Mt. Penn is in disrepair at the moment, also there was an impressive hotel,( but burned down), also remnants of the Gravity Railway....research the Blue Mountain & Reading RR, have restored old trains (engines, cars) & provide rides👌..there is a museum nearby of RR history. Much history to discover in just Berks County itself.....ty for highlighting PA , tc
bucks county has a lot of history with George Washington , the johnstown incline has been closed for years now and won't open until possible late next year. Reading, Pennsylvania is actually pronounced Redding
Strasburg..Strāsburg..higher case sound straaaasburg cause there is a Stroudsburg that sounds like stroudsburg Hot shoes curve, Knoebels Grove amusement park, Bloomsburg the only town in pa, Pennsylvania cave, indian cave(this is another cave beyond Indian echo caverns), boalsburg(sounds like bowlsburg) is the birthplace of memorial day plus more
Reading ha-ha it's pronounced Red-Ding Like the Reading Railroad. There's Not much to look at from the Pagoda down on Reading City, from (Eagle Point) in Whitehall PA you can see into NJ and see Reading as well see the Pocono's much better area than Reading ha-ha. Strasburg Railroad never restored Locomotives to be used on the tracks all Locomotives have been preserved into the Railroad Museum, if you think differently, please prove me wrong. What most people Fail to understand about Pennsylvania is that it is known as a Railroading Steel Coal State as the First Steam Engine ever ran in all of the United States first ran on tracks in Honesdale PA 1829 as most believe it was B&O which ran in 1830. PA has the Oldest Railroad Tunnel in the United States as well as the World's Largest Locomotive Shops better known as the Juniata locomotive shops in Altoona PA. PA is Home to the Largest Steel Mill ever built known as Bethlehem Steel as well as Pittsburg US Steel plant.
Who put this together?!?! First of all terrible pronunciation of our (PA) towns. And then the information about Bedford is just TERRIBLE WRONG. America was NEVER bombed by any German airplanes during WWII. And any British rock band would have NEVER found Bedford let alone visit. Check your info before posting and proving how bad AI is.

Reading = Redd-ing, like the color, not reading like a book.
It's pronounced reading not reading.
Nice video. By the way, Reading is pronounced Redding.
Thank you for the correction.

Yes, Crystal cave is a great place, lots of history and purported to be haunted. I too live in Berks County 👌
Thank you very much
Philadelphia USA 🇺🇸
It's always heartwarming to receive such kind words, thank you!
Cow-ders-port, please for Coudersport, and redding for Reading, c'mon man
We are not native American Speakers. Trying to be better day by day. Thank you for your comment

The reading or redding is how it should be pronounced is closed due to needed repairs prob won't reopen also Knoebels Amusement and Ringing Rocks County Park are cool places to check out
we have covered ringing rocks in Part 1. do check it out :)
I like your chosen places....but Berks County alone has much to offer...history, the beer industry and the haunted places
The Pagoda atop Mt. Cootersport, Reeding? Don't you just love AI?
Strasburg..Strāsburg..higher case sound straaaasburg cause there is a Stroudsburg that sounds like stroudsburg
Hot shoes curve, Knoebels Grove amusement park, Bloomsburg the only town in pa, Pennsylvania cave, indian cave(this is another cave beyond Indian echo caverns), boalsburg(sounds like bowlsburg) is the birthplace of memorial day plus more
You're mispronouncing Reading. It should be pronounced like reding.....like I read a book.
thanks for correction.
Also, Coudersport. Say it like a cow, Cow..dersport.
It's AI there's nobody reading it. See what I did there😅@@hauntedbearchild
@@hauntedbearchildYup. Sure as hell isn't "Cooter Sport". 🙄😆
It pained me hearing you say Reading - REDing
All of these videos are good but you never mentioned cooks Forrest
there is much more to be revealed.

Hershey not exactly a hidden gem lol. But it’s still a pretty good video
thank you
The Peninsula in Erie PA
Nothing worse than TH-camrs who don't even take time to learn to pronounce names of places correctly.
Coudersport is not pronounced "Coodersport" . It is pronounced "Cow-ders-port." Also Reading is pronounced "Redding".
thanks for correction
Reading is pronounced Redding
I would have enjoyed the video better if the names of the towns would have been pronounced correctly. Coudersport is pronounced Cow-dersport.
We are not native American speakers. I hope you understand.
@@travelawaitsyou lol, I shouldn't have been so judgmental, if you aren't from Pennsylvania, a lot of Americans don't pronounce the names correctly.
Pronounced "cow-ders-port"
Also, "reding", "lang-kiss-ter"
Yeah the pronunciations were killing me, too.
Thanks, I was just going to add this :)
@@mikelshillingIt’s AI. It can’t read or pronounce!
It’s pronounced Redding if you go to Pennsylvania and pronounce it like your doing you will be told to get it right
thanks for the correction
An example of how you can tell narration is by AI
Who put this together?!?! First of all terrible pronunciation of our (PA) towns. And then the information about Bedford is just TERRIBLE WRONG. America was NEVER bombed by any German airplanes during WWII. And any British rock band would have NEVER found Bedford let alone visit.

You need to look up the pronunciations of these places you describe. Quite annoying! You messed up at least 3.
Mispronounced Reading.
