This is the worst worst and worst app... I placed an order @9.30pm but few minutes back delivery guy informed me that restaurant didn't accept the order.. But I'm Zomato app it reflects as food is on its way.. I contacted customer service and they refunded money but what about my dinner? Worst app worst service
Deep Gill I have friends who didn’t get back their money after cancelling order...but it’s not Zomato, some other food delivery app..you should be happy that you got your money back 😄
