Place everywhere has the feature to rotate objects relative to where the player is looking. For me I think I have to press Alt to toggle between world and player rotation. I haven’t had a need to use it since I do my building in vault 88 where everything is conveniently lined up with NSE&W. Might be useful for you though. I also set my place everywhere so I can use my scroll wheel instead of having to use period and comma to rotate objects.
I honestly only got this mod to save me the hassle of using legit vanilla tricks to place things inside other things, and otherwise hit some snap-on floor corners too close/into walls. I had no idea it could do all this other awesome stuff. I think I spent 30+ minutes last night re-arranging my bunkbed sleep room in Hangman's Alley with great precision after watsching this.
While I have FO4 on PS4, I fully intend to someday get a laptop/PC & another copy of the game for it. There are so many mods I have missed out on! This guide is concise and helpful. I can now always refer back to it whenever that day comes! I always enjoy your creativity, especially as your knowledge base grows. 🥰
You forgot to mention that you can adjust the rotation type from the world axis, to the player view. I.E. When you mentioned rotating the axis not lined up perfectly with the North face, if you pressed (I believe) control key, it would make it rotate on the axis and move with the numpad based on where you're facing it from. This is very useful when you dont wanna rotate two different axis, you can adjust it for where you're facing and adjust it so. Otherwise this was very helpful. Even plenty of stuff I was unaware of!

some bits left out: rescaling unlocks objects, so watch out for that backspace works for undoing stuff (might have to hit it twice) and "alt" changes the-- oh well, let's just copy/paste: "set object movement relative to player (by default) or global world axis" 5 removes that "motion" effect from rotating stuff and 0 brings everything to its original state/position
8:15 also useful if you want to replace something you didn't build with a version from the workshop (street lights, replace walls with snappable walls, etc.)
Found out (while rotating objects once accidentally) that hitting the /? (forward slash) key while an object is highlighted "spawndupe"s the object, very handy sometimes.

You should update your mod list on your website, It doesn't list this mod on the list with everything checked. The alternative Place anywhere is powerful for Xbox users and can be used the same way with nudging objects
GREAT video. I use Place Everywhere and obviously I have only scratched the surface of what it's capable of. I've got a cheat sheet of the controls, but if you aren't sure what they do and how they can be used, you never use all the features. Like using F7 to lock an item.....that is so useful and I've never even used it before. I kinda wish you had used the F3 Workshop Grid snap, as I have no idea exactly what that is, or how it can be used. I understand and use F1 for Object snapping, and F2 for Ground/Surface snapping.......but WTH is F3 Workshop Grid snapping, and what can it help me do? It's one thing to read about what each feature does, but until I watched you actually use some of the more obscure features, it just really gives me ideas on how they can help me in my game. I have these mods for Xbox fallout 4 Ocdecorator Dead wasteland cvc Creative clutter SMM Extended settlement borders Snappy house kit Spawn items and more SOE Unofficial fallout 4 patch Workshop Rearranged My game keeps crashing or freezing when I load a save, I’ve built quite a bit and tried to delete Settlement border extended because it stopped working... what load order should I have or what could be going wrong?

this is good, you need to keep milking the human kindness from donald! xd i remember watching his tutorial but he went too deep using all of this, so if you keep doing some new advance tips for place anywhere in short videos would be a better pace ;)
I couldn't find a similar mod on ps4. The one in game mod is discontinued its author made a 2nd one that I could find on the website but does not appear in the in game section of mods. Honestly people dump on bethesda for making shit games but I feel 80% of the difficulties i have is mostly down to sony's stupid limitation that are not an issue on pc (provided you have a good pc lol)

Place anywhere is life changing. I just recently started getting into it more on xbox and holy heck it’s amazing.

Control switches the rotation axis between x y and z. I think the button to switch between world and player rotation is Alt.

When I try to change somethings size it just says,
