The booklet was completely useless and the official video glossed over way too much, completely threw me when I installed the fender on with the front bracket backwards. Definitely needed a second pair of hands (the most useful of tools) to hold the basket in place to get that part.

Basket brace should have bottom loops fitted so that loops fit with bottom of fork and don't bind when tightening the axle bolts. Check to make sure wheel, fork and crank bearings were greased at factory in China before riding bike.

The basket holder bracket is facing the opposite direction (toward the rear of the bike verses the front). How did you turn the bracket on the bike frame that holds the basket? That part of the assembly was edited out.
Thanks for the video. I have this bike and just bought it a week ago. I took it to Walmart to get put together and guess what the person did a horrible job because the chain keeps popping and then the seat went all the way down and my daughter almost fell off of it . I have to figure out how to fix the chain 🙄😂
fab lil you probably know by now but yes it should have coaster breaks where you peddle backwards to break. Bikes with 7 gears will have the break lever on the handlebars
I got the same bike for Christmas 2017 just in yellow. Mine makes a funny noise tho :/ and gets louder as I peddle. I thought maybe the tire was hitting the fender but I don’t think that’s it. Any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks for video...However anyone thinking of buying this bike and doesn't own power tools, DONT DO IT! Im on day 2 and the seat and handle bars are still not on bc I can not physically get the nuts loose. It is ridiculous. I have also cut myself on the sharp ends of the metal frame for the fenders. Again, I would never buy this and cant return due to nature of boxing back up.

Coaster brakes. They're built into the rear wheel.
