Wow ... I guess they saved money not having to keep replacing those plugged air filters !!! I used to complain to the other mechanics when I saw machines treated like this. But one of them said "If everyone took care of the machines the way they were supposed to, we wouldn't have jobs." Anyway ... on that low oil level switch, it's easier to remove it if you take the cover off first by loosening the two allen screws. In a future video could you show us the two other valves to inspect ... the cylinder relief valve mounted on the second stage cylinder next to the discharge, and the unloader pilot valve on the crankcase cover. I also want to see the replacement of the crankshaft bearings. THAT will bring back some fun (?) memories.
Hi John thanks for the input. as for the cylinder relief and pilot valves they are so inexpensive in the aftermarket. we simply replace them. I had to go OEM on the valve unloader springs because the Aftermarket was not in till august. the aftermarket was $1 customer cost the OEM was $26 my cost. much of the stuff comes out of the same factory but that IR label really makes them a lot of $$$

Please make video on 15T rebuild,...
we will be filming the machine work on that part in a few days. we will not have parts till early june so it won't be up for a while
Would you make a video showing how the parts work together and how the air goes through the compressor?
Thanks and God bless you!
I will look into this. I am thinking a frame by frame power point show. what do you think?
@@THECompressorGuru I don't know what the easiest way would be.
God bless you!
👍🏻
REPIR THIS AIR COMPRESER SIR FULL VIDEO
That is the plan. we are waiting on parts. but Monday there is an episode on the machine work for the valves on this pump.
what would be the problem on my compressor the middle cylinder air is blowing out the air filter after it has filled and shuts down?
that is probably bad valve on the HO cyl and at least the middle cyl I do have valve kits for these . you can contact me through thecompressorguru.com
