I read The War of the Worlds last year and loved it! Surprisingly bleak, and the science part of the scifi really surprised me as well, considering it was written in the late 19th century. And then I mentioned to my parents how I never realized that one song that uses 'the chances of anything coming from Mars are a million to one, he said' was taken verbatim from the novel, and my mom mentioned she has the record (vinyl) of that album and she gave it to me! So my War of the Worlds fandom is now complete. If you've never listened to that album before, I highly recommend it, but after you're done with the book 😁

Loved the vlog. It didn’t feel clunky or awkward at all. The only thing I noticed was that you didn’t edit out the parts where you went to retrieve the camera, but it was just funny. Keep them coming and thanks to the family for being cool about it, I’m sure it’s weird at first.
