Probably the best performance I've seen of Take No Prisoners yet. Dave's vocals are fucking on in this performance. Musically, everything is clean and wired tight. Lomenzo brought a great feel. Broderick is such a great addition to Megadeth, his leads are breathtaking, and I also believe he's the best guitarist Megadeth has had, as far as holding down rhythm guitar with Dave. Finding a great lead guitarist that is equally great at rhythm guitar is a rare occurrence, but they are out there.

Still, I recently saw Megadeth with Iron Maiden in San Bernadino at they were great. Dave's voice was better that night then it was during the Big 4 Tour.

@metalrules13 Lucretia had a chorus, imo. But you're right. That's one thing I really love about Holy Wars. So many different rhythms and speeds throughout the song, climbing to a fast ending.

It's from the Live DVD. It has been overdubbed in the studio. Go check out other live vids online from shows during the same time, and notice the difference. I have no problem either way, i understand that singers get old and can't always keep the voice as in there twenties.
Yep, the last time they didnt overdub their live album was That one night DVD. The vocal on that one still exactly the same as the radio broadcast version which I downloaded. Then again some classic live albums like Unleashed in the east and Life after death are heavily overdubbed.
Normal humans can barely play this insane riff , mustaine can play it and sing it so easily 🥴

I love this lineup of Megadeth. It's no Rust in Peace lineup, but Chris Broderick and Shawn Drover were superb for the time they put in.
